Analyst Programmer - .NET C#
Responsibilities:
Manage the full software development lifecycle including coding, implementation, testing, system maintenance, and preparation of technical documentation.
Conduct application analysis and design and participate in system enhancement to support business needs.
Handle ad‑hoc tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in application development.
Strong hands‑on programming experience in .NET C#.
Knowledge of C++ is an advantage.
Experience in face recognition development is a plus
Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Analyst Programmer position
System Analyst (QA)
Responsibilities:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality deliverables, including new processes, quality documentation, and quality audits.
Analyze and understand system workflows, architectures, and system components.
Conduct impact analyses, validate requirements, and prepare system documentation.
Perform SIT, UAT and investigate production issues.
Prepare technical reports, diagrams, and system documentation.
Collaborate with development teams to conduct quality assurance reviews.
Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Over 5 years of relevant experience as a System Analyst, Developer, or Engineer.
At least 4 years of experience in IT audit, quality management, or related disciplines.
Proficient in C++ and C#, with the ability to understand and trace complex logic.
Strong understanding of Windows platform applications and system integration.
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (secure coding, encryption, authentication) preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Self‑motivated team player with the ability to work under pressure.
Working location: HK airport
I.T. Support Technician
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support;
Daily health check for I.T related hardware and software;
Handle supporting calls from customers; and
Assist in other ad-hoc assignment.
Requirements:
F.5 or above;
No relevant working experience is required and on-job training will be provided;
Diligent, responsible, hard working and able to work under pressure;
Public holidays and shift duties

System Analyst - JAVA
Responsibilities:
Prepare proposal and tender documents in response to clients’ requirements.
Development of data conversion and migration plan and strategies.
Conduct requirement and justification studies.
Analysis, design and implement multi-tier web application systems.
Ensuring conformance of software packages against user requirement.
Lead a team of programmer for application development and project implementation.
Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in computer science or related disciplines.
With at least 4 years of experience in Java development experience, system analysis and design, reporting solutions and or other web application development in government projects.
Solid experience in experience on Java Programming and has experience on weblogic is an advantage.
Good writing skills for documentation.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Analyst Programmer/ Programmer - JAVA, .NET C#
Responsibilities:
Responsible for whole software development life cycle includes coding, implementation, testing, system maintenance and documentation;

Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;
At least 2 years of post-qualification IT experience;
Attained within the 5-year period immediately preceding the Date of Joining, including at least 1 year of post-qualification IT experience in programming of web application (mainly Java)
Solid programming experience in JAVA and .NET C#;
Self-motivated and able to work independently;
Less experience will be considered as programmer.
