We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable candidate to join our team. 

Production Engineer

Job Description:

  • Monitor workshop operations to ensure process compliance

  • Investigate production failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

  • Analyze & visualize production data(e.g. yield rates, defect trends) to find performance issues & suggest improvements

  • Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency and product quality

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customers, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain

  • Support new product development from concept to mass production.

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field

  • 1-2 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing

  • Fresh graduates would also be considered

  • Experience in project management and production process oversight

  • Knowledge of quality control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, Minitab is highly preferred

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

  • Frequent daily travel to PRC (Dong Guan) around 4 days per week
