We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable candidate to join our team. 

Sales Solutions Architect (Financial Sector)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Division Head on go to market strategy and financial services business development.

  • Identify new solution opportunities, industry trends, and partnership prospects.

  • Lead presales activities including requirement discovery, solution design, and proposal preparation.

  • Conduct technical presentations, solution pitching and client workshops.

  • Build and maintain strong networks with banks, financial institutions, fintech partners, and vendors.

  • Design end to end IT solutions covering digital banking, infrastructure, cloud, integration, data, and AI.

  • Develop architecture blueprints, implementation roadmaps, and cost/effort estimations.

  • Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and HKMA standards.

  • Work with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with best practices.

  • Provide technical governance, risk assessment, and vendor evaluations during early project stages.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or relevant disciplines.

  • 10+ years of experience in banking technology, financial IT consulting, digital transformation, or fintech.

  • Solid experience as a solution architect or technical lead in the financial services sector.

  • Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, core banking systems, and integrations.

  • Hands on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

  • Strong understanding of banking operations across retail, corporate, payment, lending, or trade finance.

  • Good understanding of HKMA regulatory requirements and financial industry compliance.

  • Existing network in banks, FIs, and fintech communities is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proactive, self motivated, and capable of driving new business in an emerging division.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.

  • Candidates with more experience can be considered as Sr. Sales Solutions Architect
