Intern – Marketing Department
June – Aug 2026
Responsibilities:
Support the team in preparation of marketing materials for the upcoming Festival;
Assist in publicity-related tasks and documentation;
Assist in performing arts market research; and
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department;
Requirements:
Must be a full-time student;
Available to work at least 1.5 to 2 full days (0930-1830) per week within a 59-calendar day period. A working certificate will be provided if the intern provides over 80 service hours for the whole period;
Proactive, organised and detail-oriented team player with a willing-to-learn attitude;
Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English;
Interested in learning about the performing arts and integrated marketing;
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.

This internship is under exemption from Statutory Minimum Wage under the Minimum Wage Ordinance (Cap. 608).
Work experience students will be required to sign and submit the Statutory declaration made by a work experience student for a period of exempt student employment and Confirmation of student status for “work experience student”.
Allowance: $100 meal and transportation allowance will be provided per working day (8 hours) for work experience students during the period of exemption from Statutory Minimum Wage.
Students may also apply for credit-bearing internships as student interns to fulfil the compulsory or elective component of their course. They will be required to sign and submit Confirmation of student status for “student intern” and arrange necessary documents with their education institutions providing the programmes.

Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager (Video Production)
We are searching for an Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires deep knowledge in video production with a proven track record of producing engaging and polished video content for marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in shaping our storytelling efforts, developing visually compelling content, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into professional-grade videos, using strong storytelling, seamless transitions, animated effects, and professional sound design/balancing
Film footages for marketing activities occasionally
Integrate AI-generated visuals, animations, and enhancements into video content
Adapt videos for multiple platforms and formats, including websites, social media and digital panels
Adapt quickly to feedback from stakeholders and refine video outputs in a timely manner
Stay up to date with AI tools, editing trends, and social media algorithms
Collaborate closely with marketing team to execute innovative social media campaigns
Be flexible in managing a variety of marketing activities and ad hoc requests
Qualifications:
Proven experience of min. 4 years in video content development, particularly in production, editing, and post-production
Proficiency and proven experience in motion graphics design, animations
Hands-on experience in using AI tools for creative production, including visual ideation, content prototyping, and motion-related development
A passion for arts and culture
Good interpersonal skills, management ability, initiative and creativity
Knowledge in the fields of advertising, production, media and e-marketing are an advantage
This is a contract post, renewable on a yearly basis.
