The Hong Kong Arts Festival is a non-profit organization committed to enriching the cultural life of the city. It presents around 130 performances by top local and international talent in February and March each year, while also offering a wide range of complementary and educational events in venues across the city.

Marketing Officer
We are seeking a well-organised and enthusiastic individual with a passion for arts and culture to join our team as a Marketing Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow into a well-rounded marketing professional within a dynamic and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Director and Manager in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including the production of promotional materials, media buying, press relations, and publicity events.
Assist in implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as outdoor, digital, print, in-venue promotion and strategic partnerships.
Coordinate the timely distribution of marketing collateral to maximise reach and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop compelling content—copy, visuals, and multimedia—that aligns with the Festival’s brand identity.
Qualifications:
A university degree with at least 2 year of relevant experience. (Experience in the arts and cultural sector is an advantage, but candidates from other industries with a strong interest in the arts are welcome.)
Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised.
A genuine passion for the arts and cultural engagement.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
This is a contract post, renewable on a yearly basis.
