Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and complaints received via the MTR hotline
Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondences and notices
Assist in maintaining a database of customer enquiries
Requirements:
Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in customer service industry
Positive mindset and ability to work under pressure
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Hands-on experience in Chinese word processing
Remarks:
Hourly Rate: HK$95 per hour
Working Hours: 3 hours either in morning or afternoon session, 3-5 days from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays)
Working Location: MTR Kam Tin Building, Kam Tin, New Territories
Appointment will be made on 12-month temporary contract terms, renewal will be subject to business needs

Responsibilities:
Assist to manage digital solution projects for Legal & Governance and Corporate Affairs & Branding Function of the Corporation
Work closely with business users to gain in-depth understanding of business requirements and translate into system requirements and specifications
Partner with business users to research, source and/or formulate the digital solutions fulfilling business requirements
Lead and manage vendor and/or internal IT development team to develop the digital solutions
Supervise and support project implementation activities such as system configuration, training and UAT
Proactively identify and escalate project risk to the management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business process changes to adopt new digital solutions
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
Proven experience in application development, preferably in .Net, Microsoft Power Platform such as Power App, Power Automate and Power BI
Experience and knowledge of implementing enterprise applications for legal and governance domain, e.g. customer management system/ contract management solutions / corporate governance and risk management solutions, is an advantage
Hands-on knowledge or practical experience in applying AI technologies (e.g. AI-assisted development, automation, analytics, or Copilot/LLM-based solutions) to enhance business processes and system solutions is an advantage
Strong stakeholder / vendor management skills with high level of competence in problem solving, interpersonal skills and business acumen
Good presentation, analytical and communication skills in both written and spoken English

Responsibilities:
Inspect, monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in the residential properties managed by the Corporation
Devise maintenance plan and prepare annual budget for maintenance works
Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programmes, prepare relevant monthly reports, such as system breakdown, job card evaluation and electricity consumption
Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labours, term workers and contractors
Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners’ Committee meetings to address technical enquiries and issues
Requirements:
Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience; OR
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
Sound maintenance experience in electrical systems, plumbing and drainage, builder’s works and other building services
Solid experience in property management and taking over of properties is an advantage

Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspection, installation and renewal works of Permanent way assets
For Technician, he/she will lead a small team of Tradesmen and collaborate with contractors to carry out maintenance activities and conduct investigation on system/equipment faults.
Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate in a related engineering discipline
A minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience or 2 years’ experience after completion of apprenticeship
Candidates with lower qualification or less experience will be considered for the Tradesman position
Possession of the following qualifications is preferred for the aforementioned positions:
Relevant certificates issued by recognised institutions e.g. Construction Workers Registration Card, Certified welder
Driving licences of Class 1, 2 and 18, etc.
Remarks:
The positions of Technician and Tradesman will have opportunity to learn new skills with corresponding salary adjustment via the Skills Progression Scheme
Shift duties are required (including emergency repair during adverse weather) with allowance for overnight shifts
The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
