職責:
確保轄下分舖運作正常
訓練新人,編排更表及人手安排
銷售,收銀,上架及倉存管理等事宜
負責店鋪日常銷售工作,店鋪貨品陳列,保持店面整潔
按照公司的營運指示及各項營銷策略完成銷售目標;
接待和介紹公司歷史及產品, 維持參觀顧客秩序並提供優質的服務及保持公司良好的形象
參與公司外部宣傳及展覽
按顧客需要及喜好介紹公司產品,為顧客提供優質的服務及保持公司良好的形象
面對問題具有積極的態度,有效地處理顧客的意見和投訴,提高顧客滿意度
處理店鋪緊急、突發事項
入職要求:
具5年或以上相關工作經驗;
流利粵語、略懂英語及普通話;
良好的溝通表達能力、工作積極主動、態度親切有禮、守時;
能在壓力下工作 ;
良好團隊合作精神;
可即時上班者優先

Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
Overview the financial function and monitor the budget control of the Group Company.
Report to Senior Management and support management on making key financial decision
Oversee the operation of the company’s accounting department, deal with external auditors, bankers and IRD
Provide effective and accurate accounting information and financial reports in a timely basis
Supervise subordinates to perform assigned duties
To perform additional duties and other ad hoc assignments as requested
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines and professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA and /or HKICPA is a must
Over 8 years of working experience in financial management/ listed company would be an advantage
Strong in handling excel spreadsheets, able to work independently and multi-task
Hands-on, able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivation, organizational and good negotiation skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate availability is preferable
Assistant accounting manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full sets of accounts, including bank reconciliations and financial schedules.
Implement and monitor internal control measures and financial processes in line with corporate policies.
Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key financial performance trends.
Prepare monthly management reports and statutory financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors during annual audits and tax filings.
Support costing functions and contribute to management reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail/manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under pressure.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (written and spoken).
Immediate available is preferred.
