Accounting Assistant 會計助理
Responsibilities:
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Hotel Management / Finance
Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
Proficiency in relevant accounting software
Well-organized, details minded and strong administrative skills
(Assistant) Sales Manager (助理) 營業經理
Job Descriptions:
To develop and maintain hotel business
Develop strong partnerships with buyers for the purpose of penetrating and growing market share and driving sales for the hotel
Analyze customer situation, provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities
Achieve personal and team related business goals by delivering service excellence
Partner with the hotel’s leadership team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to grow market share
Perform duties to support the department in line with the company’s strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting expectations of stakeholders
Requirements:
A relevant degree in business or a related field
A minimum 2-year working experience as a sales representative in the hotel related field
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Good business sense with excellent account serving manner
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and well-organized with a high focus on details; good team player
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Passionate towards Hospitality

Job Descriptions:
Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
Clean trolley, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
Requirements:
Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Previous serving experience is a big plus
