The CFO Office is responsible for serving the accounting and financial needs of the Head Office and coordinating the related services within the CK Hutchison Group.
Tax Analyst
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing Hong Kong corporate tax compliance for group companies, including preparation and submission of tax filing to ensure accuracy and adherence to statutory deadlines
Handle tax authorities’ queries and support the preparation of transfer pricing reports
Provide assistance to the Group Finance team in reviewing tax provisions
Conduct research on corporate and other tax matters
Contribute to special projects and other ad hoc tax issues when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Law or related discipline preferred
Professional qualification accredited by an institute of Taxation, Chartered Accounts, Certified Practicing Accounts or Law Society
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Hong Kong profits tax and regional corporate tax matters, preferably gained from Big four professional firms or law firms
Experience or knowledge related to transfer pricing is highly desirable
Proficient in MS applications, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; familiarity with Oracle would be an advantage
Strong analytical mindset and good business acumen
Attentive to details and capable of managing tight deadlines effectively under pressure
Independent, enthusiastic, self-motivated and with a drive to achieve and an ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders
Excellent commend of written and spoken English and Chinese
Senior Manager – Group Transfer Pricing
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Deputy Head of Group Taxation, you will work closely with group companies and local advisors on transfer pricing issues including:
Determine and maintain the Group's transfer pricing policies
Coordinate the Group's Country-by-Country Reporting process, including notifications and submissions across relevant jurisdictions
Manage the preparation of transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Review and maintain supporting documents on intercompany arrangements, including benchmarking analysis
Provide support on tax controversies/ dispute resolutions in relation to transfer pricing issues
Monitor global transfer pricing developments and communicate regulatory changes across the Group to ensure timely response and compliance
Contribute to special projects and other ad hoc transfer pricing issues when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or related disciplines
Professional qualification accredited by a taxation institute, accounting bodies, or Law Society
A minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in transfer pricing gained from big 4 accounting firms and sizable multi-national corporations; transfer pricing experience with financial services transactions would be an advantage
Strong business acumen, good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively with multiple groups and international personnel
Proficient in MS applications, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Teams; familiarity with Oracle would be an advantage
High competence in written and spoken English and Chinese
