Shun Tak Property Management Limited is a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group currently managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. It is also the first Hong Kong property management company accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification in Macau. We are now inviting applications for the following position:

Administration Assistant (Ref.: STHL1883)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative duties including office repair & maintenance, procurement, cleaning & housekeeping, office supplies purchase and maintenance of facilities;

  • Provide clerical support to the team;

  • Assist office renovation and refurbishment projects;

  • Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma /Associate Degree or above in any related disciplines;

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

  • 1 year relevant experience with administrative related works;

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel;

  • Reliable, team-oriented and attention to details;

  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work independently;
