Shun Tak Property Management Limited is a wholly – owned subsidiary of the Shun Tak Group currently managing a portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Hong Kong and Macau. It is also the first Hong Kong property management company accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification in Macau. We are now inviting applications for the following position:

Business Analyst (Ref. STHL1902)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling & Projection: Manage and coordinate the preparation of the group’s cash flow projections at both the subsidiary and consolidated holding levels. Build dynamic financial, valuation, and sensitivity models.

  • Research & Deep-Dives: Conduct rigorous market, equity, and industry research on potential investment projects, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Strategic Presentation: Translate financial data and research findings into polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and proposals for senior leadership.

  • Transaction & Advisory Support: Assist in due diligence studies, evaluate investment projects, and provide analytical support for corporate finance transactions.

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with internal business units, external professionals, and business partners to facilitate transaction execution.

  • Perform ad-hoc projects/ duties when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or related disciplines.

  • Relevant experience in investment related fields is an advantage, high capability, adaptability, and the right skill set are prioritized over years of experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, and complex data analysis.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to structure a compelling narrative and design clean, professional decks for executive viewing.

  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to enhance research efficiency, generate insights, and streamline analytical workflows.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial data in a commercial context.

  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional development.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
