Company Secretarial Assistant (Ref.: STHL 1864)
Job Duties:
To perform company secretarial works for the Group, its subsidiaries and related companies;
To assist in preparation of annual report, interim report, announcements, circulars and correspondences with Stock Exchange;
To assist in organizing and preparing board meetings, committee meetings and shareholder meetings and draft minutes & related documents;
To maintain statutory records of group companies;
To provide administrative support to the department;
Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder with training in company secretarial practice or related disciplines
HKCGI student member;
At least 2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial field;
Good communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
Familiar with MS Office, CSA program;
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and overtime;
Candidate with more experience will be considered for a Company Secretarial Executive.
