Senior Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for property handover and after-sales service
Conduct pre-handover unit inspections and ensure workmanship meets standards.
Prepare handover related documents and materials for each handover.
Handle general enquirers and complaints on handover and defect rectification and take follow-up actions.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure all defect rectification works are conducted in a timely manner.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused attitude
A good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Prepare handover/defect records and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates/ Hospitality or related disciplines
Relevant experience in property handover and real estate aftersales services is preferred
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing, MS Office
Good communication skills with good telephone manners
On-site co-ordination works are required
