About KFBG
KFBG is dedicated to supporting Hong Kong’s migrant domestic workers through the “Connection to Nature for Migrant Domestic Workers in Hong Kong” project. This initiative acknowledges the invaluable contributions of domestic workers to the city and aims to enhance their well-being by providing opportunities to enjoy nature and engage in enriching activities.
Development & Partnerships Officer
Major responsibilities:
Partnerships establishment and engagement
Develop and manage collaboration proposals with corporate partners, clearly outlining terms of partnership and ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and organisational policies.
Maintain regular communication with corporate partners, facilitate effective collaboration, proactively address emerging issues or concerns, and support smooth implementation of joint initiatives to achieve shared objectives.
Event management and co-ordination
Plan and execute events of various scales and high-impact corporate experiences (habitat restoration programme, volunteering activities, VIP tour etc) to build long-term partnerships.
Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance visibility and community ties.
Manage branded proposals, assess event effectiveness, solicit funding, and support stakeholder communications.
Project Management Support
Provide comprehensive project management support for strategic conservation and partnership initiatives.
Manage stakeholder communications with internal and external partners to facilitate effective collaboration.
Handle administrative tasks, coordinate project logistics, and assist in preparing project materials.
Monitor progress toward key milestones and provide support as needed.
Product development
Monitor product trends and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to develop innovative new products, execute detailed launch plans, and successfully introduce products to market.
Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and future product strategies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing, event management, and/or partnership development.
Well-organised and detail-minded. Outgoing with a positive, enthusiastic personality
Strong commitment to KFBG’s mission, vision, and values
Physically fit and able to work comfortably indoors and outdoors in varying weather for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
A valid driving license would be an advantage.
