Manager (Community Affairs)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of community engagement initiatives. He/ She will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and district partners. He/ She will be also working closely with secretariats of associations to manage projects. The key duties also include collecting and analysing information for reports and presentations, managing database systems for analysis and reporting, supporting programmes and daily operation of the Department, promoting initiatives that align with the Group’s Sustainability Vision and integrating into community programmes.
Requirements:
Degree holder in any disciplines
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managing community related programmes
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work independently with proactive attitude
Capable of multitasking and able to deliver quality results under pressure
Good team player and leader
Willing to work outside of office in different districts
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Administration Officer
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support, including arranging meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining data systems, and performing ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sizeable organizations
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills, well organized and detail-minded

Handover Service Officer
Responsibilities
(This is a fixed-term 1 year contract position with contract-end gratuity and may be renewed subject to organizational needs and satisfactory performance.)
The successful candidate will assist in the handover and aftersales services of completed properties, mainly residential, to purchasers, and follow through customers' requests to ensure total customer satisfaction. He / She will also coordinate with internal departments in the handover operations, follow up defect rectifications with on-site team and handle customer complaints/enquires.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in any disciplines
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in building-related industries
Good communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused attitude
A good team player, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
Fluency in Putonghua, English and Chinese is a must
Manager (IT Services)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the IT helpdesk and deskside support teams, ensuring efficient and effective support for all users and providing exceptional IT support services. He/She will develop IT service management policies and procedures, implement and maintain ITIL best practices to streamline processes and improve service delivery. He/She has to oversee IT service performance to identify areas for improvement, and to ensure and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
His/Her role will also involve providing technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, for end-users and end-points, e.g. related to Windows 10/11, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, AVD, etc. Additionally, he/she will manage and administer Microsoft Office 365, InTune, Active Directory, desktops/notebooks/mobile, and ServiceNow environments. He/She will develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and task management, as well as package and deploy software applications and patches to ensure smooth operations, secure, and compliance. Supporting and assisting project tasks/activities of other teams will also be a crucial part of his/her responsibilities.
Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for managing PC inventory and software licenses to ensure compliance and optimal resource utilization. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the team is equipped with the best tools and knowledge.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on helpdesk operations and deskside support.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in O365, InTune, Active Directory, Windows OS, and ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
Holder of ITIL certificate or other relevant certifications.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience with software packaging, patching, and deployment in Windows 10/11 environments.
Knowledge in MacOS and Apple devices management is an advantage.
Knowledge in MDM and BYOD design and strategy is preferably.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Part-Time Handover Service Officer
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist in the handover and after sales services of completed residential properties to purchasers and follow through customers' requests to ensure total customer satisfaction. He / She will also support front line reception and assist in administration works.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in any disciplines
Experience in customer service, preferably in building-related industries is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused attitude
A good team player, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime and on Sundays and public holidays
Fluency in Putonghua, English and Chinese is a must
