Assistant Leasing Manager (Retail)

Responsibilities:

The successful applicant for this post will manage a reputable regional mall over 1-million square foot plus a portfolio of retail properties in sub-urban areas and provide full spectrum of quality leasing services including trademix planning, implementation of strategy and prospecting and tenancy administration. Further duties include promoting retail properties and acquiring branded tenants through business connections and associated marketing events. He/ She will conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports. The incumbent will also work closely with various internal teams to ensure both tenants and customers enjoy our service excellence. 

Requirements:

  • University graduates or above

  • Minimum 6 years of retail leasing experience with at least 2 years managerial experience

  • Experience in managing large-scaled shopping malls and/or substantial portfolio of retail properties preferred

  • Excellent supervisory, leadership and interpersonal skills with sound analytical ability

  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure

  • Strong market sense with proactive attitude

  • Holder of professional qualification in real estates is preferable

Handover Service Officer

Responsibilities:

(This is a fixed-term 1 year contract position with contract-end gratuity and may be renewed subject to organizational needs and satisfactory performance.)

The successful candidate will assist in the handover and aftersales services of completed properties, mainly residential, to purchasers, and follow through customers' requests to ensure total customer satisfaction. He / She will also coordinate with internal departments in the handover operations, follow up defect rectifications with on-site team and handle customer complaints/enquires.

Site Engineer (Building Services)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will check and monitor the progress of building sites and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials of all mechanical and electrical installations. He / She will coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation of contract requirements and specifications, as well as ensure all site works are carried out in compliance with related standards, quality control systems and the Company’s policy.
