Leasing Officer (Residential - Serviced Apartments)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Leasing Manager and handle all leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research, tenancy administration, budget and reports preparation. Further duties include coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out and renovation management and handling enquiries and complaints.
Requirements
University degree or above
Minimum 2 years of real estate related experience
Proactive and customer oriented
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Good computer skills

Assistant Leasing Manager (Residential)
Responsibilities
This position revolves around managing a portfolio of quality investment properties including long-term and short-term leases with the aim of achieving promising results. The successful candidates will assist the manager to lead the leasing team to work on digital marketing, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation, new letting / renewal, and tenancy administration. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of rates administration and ad hoc duties. The incumbent will also need to explore new clients.
Requirements
University graduate
Minimum 4 years of experience in residential leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
Experience with property developers or international real estate agency firms
Proactive and customer oriented
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
HRIS Project Specialist (2-year Contract)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be part of the Project Team and responsible for the successful deployment and seamless integration of HRIS within the Group. He/she will collaborate with HR users to review and streamline work processes, manage project schedules, oversee change management processes, provide training support, maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, and work closely with IT teams and external vendors to manage the system integrator, ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field.
Solid experience in HRIS projects management particularly in SAP SF or similar system implementations. Regional experience will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems such as Core HR, payroll, compensation and benefits, onboarding & offboarding, recruitment, learning and performance management are highly preferred.
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skill to liaise effectively with HR users, IT teams and external service providers.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Manager (Digital Solutions)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Head of PMO & Delivery in the Information Technology Department and collaborate with various business units to spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting digital solutions to ensure benefit realization, optimal performance, and user satisfaction throughout the solution lifecycle.
He/ She will oversee processes of change management, capacity management, patch management, and business continuity management for the solutions. Additionally, he/ she must ensure that digital solutions are optimized for security, reliability, performance, cost, maintainability, traceability, and scalability. Regular reviews of vendor performance against service level agreements are essential. Furthermore, he/ she will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure that new solutions meet expectations. Collaboration with stakeholders is required to facilitate implementation and adoption of SAP systems, as well as to provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP applications.
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Information Technology, or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, in which at least 7 years in digital/IT solutions management, project management or vendor management
Hands-on experience in development or support on SAP ERP or Microsoft Power Platform solutions is an advantage
Scrum and PMP certified is a plus
Excellent vendor management skills
Good leadership, coaching and team management skills
Good presentation and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of stakeholders
Good analytical skills, detail-minded and organized

Site Engineer (Building Services)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will check and monitor the progress of building sites and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials of all mechanical and electrical installations. He / She will coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation of contract requirements and specifications, as well as ensure all site works are carried out in compliance with related standards, quality control systems and the Company’s policy.
Requirements
Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in handling on-site building services installation works
Possess strong sense of integrity and responsibility
Able to deliver quality product, achieve customer satisfaction and demonstrate teamwork, preparedness as well as sense of urgency
