Senior Accountant (General Ledger)
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and maintenance of full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, performing complex account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data. He/she will support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures and coordinate with internal and external audits. In addition, he /she will be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the company as he/she will take up leadership responsibilities to mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
Qualified member of HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably full set accounting experience
Proactive team player, good communication skill and attention to detail
Audit experience / property industry is preferred
Experience with SAP HANA is a plus
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediately available preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
Assistant Manager (Customer Service)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle complaints, customer enquiries and compile monthly analysis report for improving group performance. He/ She will also formulate strategies and conduct negotiations for settlement of difficult/ massive complaints, serious disputes and claims, including dealing with external parties such as the Owners' Committee/Owners' Incorporation of the properties, pressure groups, etc.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business, Property Management or related disciplines
5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role in sizeable companies
Experience in property developers would be an advantage
Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
Mature, positive and proactive in character
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Administration Assistant
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative duties including correspondence, data entry, and filing system maintenance. He/ She will also coordinate and organize documents and records with accuracy and confidentiality, assist with scheduling and internal communications, and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Associate degree or above
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills, well organized and detail-minded
Mature, responsive, self-motivated with pleasant personality and strong team spirit

Senior Leasing Officer (Retail) – Olympian City
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting to manage a portfolio of quality retail properties. He/ She will assist the manager to lead the leasing team to work on new letting, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration for shopping malls and retail properties. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations and strategic planning of trade-mix, co-ordination of takeover and handover of premises, management of fitting-out works and renovation works, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of daily administration and ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
University degree or related professional qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
Experience in retail leasing practice with strong negotiation skill
Experience with property developers or international real estate agency firms
Proactive, customer oriented and good networking with retailers and restaurant operators
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Good analytical and computer skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements
