Principal Security Analyst
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Lead of Governance & Security in the Group Information Technology Department, supporting IT governance, information security operations and the secure adoption of cloud, Microsoft security and AI-enabled platforms. Key responsibilities are:
Manage the external Security Operations Centre (SOC) service provider, review security alerts and incident tickets, and coordinate investigation, escalation, response and closure with internal teams, vendors and relevant parties.
Support security incident response, including triage, investigation, containment coordination, root-cause review, remediation tracking, evidence documentation and management reporting.
Identify and assess security risks across cloud services, Microsoft 365 / Azure, identity platforms, web and API applications, ERP system, third-party integrations and AI-enabled solutions, and work with risk owners on practical mitigation actions.
Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security configuration reviews, patch follow-up and remediation to keep IT assets securely configured and regularly updated.
Improve security operation efficiency through better alert quality, detection use cases, escalation playbooks, dashboards, SOAR, scripting, workflow automation or AI-assisted investigation where appropriate.
Prepare regular incident, SOC performance, risk and remediation reports for management review, and support security awareness training and phishing simulation activities.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT security, SOC operations, incident response, risk management, cloud security or related areas
Practical experience in reviewing SOC alerts, investigating security events, coordinating incident response and working with external MSSP / SOC providers
Knowledge of security governance, incident response, vulnerability and patch management, PAM, IAM, web / API security, cloud security and security awareness practices
Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR / XDR, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, vulnerability scanning, email security and cloud security monitoring tools would be an advantage
Knowledge of AI security governance, secure AI adoption, automation workflow control, data leakage prevention, audit logging and monitoring of AI agents or AI platforms would be an advantage
Knowledge of ITIL and security frameworks such as ISO / IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10 and OWASP API Security Top 10 would be an advantage
Professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP, Microsoft Security certifications or equivalent would be an advantage
Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills, with good written and spoken Chinese and English
Officer (Leasing Marketing & Promotions)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist in implementing all kinds of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including but not limited to sales-driven programmes, festive decorations, publicity events etc. You will liaise with tenants on joint promotions and maintain good business relationship, as well as provide support for marketing coordination and administrative tasks. Further duties including but not limited to develop a wide range of communications materials, including but not limited to advertising, in-mall collaterals, digital publicity, social media and press release; conduct market research to analyze and understand market trend; support in implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines with at least 1 year relevant working experience
Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and with good organization and time management skills
Proactive, independent, and a strong team player with a “can-do” attitude.
Experience in social media and event management is a plus
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Senior ESG Specialist
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will monitor sustainability and ESG trends, assess their implications, and support the development and implementation of Sino Group's sustainability strategies and initiatives. He/She will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and sustainability-related partners to strengthen the Group's ESG data collection and management processes, enhance sustainability-related policies, and coordinate efforts to monitor, track, and improve the Group's ESG goals and targets.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of ESG ratings, rankings, and assessments such as MSCI, S&P CSA, and GRESB
Coordinate ESG data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting processes across business units to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and support the continuous enhancement of ESG data management practices
Drive internal and external stakeholder engagement on sustainability matters, including collaboration with suppliers, tenants, business partners, and industry stakeholders to support the Group's sustainability goals and initiatives
Assist in preparing the Group's Sustainability Report and other ESG-related disclosures in accordance with applicable reporting requirements and stakeholder expectations
Conduct ESG research, peer benchmarking, and analysis on sustainability-related topics to support strategic planning and business decision-making
Support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Group's sustainability strategies, policies, initiatives, and performance targets
Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management, external stakeholders, and sustainability-related committees as required
Undertake ad hoc sustainability projects and perform other duties and assignments as reasonably required within the scope of the role
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability Management, or other related disciplines
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant ESG or sustainability experience gained in a corporate environment, listed company, property developer, real estate company, or consulting firm
Good understanding of ESG ratings, benchmarks and assessment methodologies such as MSCI, S&P CSA, and GRESB
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data management and analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
Good understanding of ESG concepts, sustainability trends, and relevant sustainability reporting frameworks, including GRI, HKEX ESG Reporting Code, ISSB, TNFD and SASB
Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
Manager (Company Secretarial)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of company secretarial matters for private companies of the Group, ensuring that procurement is in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. He/She also involves in implementation and execution of the Group’s compliance policies and procedures, and participation in ad hoc projects when necessary.
Requirements:
Degree holder with associate membership of HKCGI
Minimum of 7 years of solid company secretarial experience (property sector is preferred) or sizable professional firms
Knowledge of CSA software
Strong supervisory skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure, with the ability to multi-task
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager (Company Secretarial)
Senior Company Secretarial Officer
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling company secretarial duties for the Group, ensuring that procurement is in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, PRC, and other jurisdictions. He/She also involves in implementation and execution of the Group’s compliance policies and procedures, organizing board and committee meetings, and participation in ad hoc projects when necessary.
Requirements:
Degree holder with associate membership of HKCGI
Minimum of 5 years of solid company secretarial experience in Hong Kong listed companies (property sector is preferred) or sizable professional firms with experience in handling listed companies
Knowledge of CSA software
Meticulous, responsible, able to work under pressure and with the ability to multi-task
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
