Temporary Assistant (Income Control)

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in handling the accounts receivables, settlement, tenant billing enquires and maintaining the respective tenant ledgers. He / she also needs to prepare management reports and ad hoc analyses, as well as supporting system enhancement.
Requirements:
University undergraduate students, focus in Business and related disciplines.
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Word. Experiences with ERP system is a plus.

Deputy General Manager, IT

Responsibilities:
The Deputy General Manager (DGM) of IT will assist the Group IT Head in overseeing IT operations, leading digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring that IT strategies are fully aligned with the business goals of Sino Group’s core sectors: real estate development, property management, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management and analytical skills, with expertise in application development. Additionally, they should have an understanding of IT infrastructure and security, as well as hands-on experience in implementing AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale digital transformation projects, including ERP (e.g., SAP), CRM, HRIS, and data analytics platforms, to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Drive the implementation of AI-driven solutions (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, automation to optimize business processes, reduce costs and improve decision-making.
Assist in driving the adoption of low-code platforms (e.g. Outsystems) and AI-powered tools to accelerate innovation.
Assist in developing and executing the IT digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Prepare and present business cases for IT initiatives to senior executives and stakeholders.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including change management, to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver scalable and secure IT solutions.
Strong stakeholder management to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
Ensure the resilience of IT infrastructure and applications, adhering to agreed SLAs and best practices.
Review and establish IT policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
Assist in developing and managing the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective investments across the IT portfolio, including AI and automation technologies, to deliver long-term value while maintaining high-quality IT services
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing large-scale applications and digital transformation.
Proven experience in real estate, property management, or hotel industries is desirable.
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP preferred), CRM, HRIS, cloud platforms, data analytics, and mobile/web applications.
Knowledge of low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems) and generative AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (networking, servers, storage, cloud platforms).
Understanding of IT security principles, frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), and compliance requirements.
Certifications and Skills:
Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, or related qualifications are preferred.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Communication:
Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Senior Officer (Leasing Administration)

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Leasing Administration team to support all facets of leasing operation across all sectors of the investment properties portfolio. He / She will assist in reports preparation, compliance and management of internal operation procedures, daily leasing administrative works, documents control and ad hoc projects as assigned in collaboration with the other functional sectors and/or departments.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 5 years' relevant experience preferably in sizeable organizations or property developers
Strong sense of urgency, a team player and able to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua

Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will handle accounts payable and cash flow transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments and assist in managing daily cashflow and responsible for monthly bank reconciliations. He/she will also maintain accurate financial records such as payable analysis report and reconciliations and handle vendor relationships and resolve any payment-related issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
Proven experience as an assistant accountant or in a similar role
Knowledge in property development, property leasing and management is a plus
Experience with SAP HANA is a plus
Team player, good interpersonal skill and attention to detail

Leasing Assistant (Residential)

Responsibilities:
The role involves assisting leasing teams in daily operations, providing administration functions to leasing teams, preparing tenancy documentation and handling incoming telephone calls & general enquiries.
Requirements:
University degree or above
1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Property Management is an advantage
Proactive and customer oriented
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage
