Senior Leasing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team in planning and implementing leasing strategies, policies, and guidelines for the assigned portfolio
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
Provide quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration
Conduct in depth market research, analyze market trend and compile various reports
Prepare annual and monthly budget report and rental forecast
Handle and coordinate on renovation and fit out works, takeover/handover of premises, and ad hoc duties
Liaise and correlate with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
Relationship Management with Existing and Potential Tenants
Maintain good relations with property developers, Government departments, agents and other related parties to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities
Partner with Marketing Team in leasing and marketing co-ordinations and explore new clients through marketing events and business connections
Job Requirements:
Degree Holder in Real Estate / Surveying or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in office leasing
Strong strategic planning skills is a MUST
Proactive, energetic and customer oriented
Strong market sense and familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Assistant Leasing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Manage leasing process, including but not limited to new lettings, leases negotiation, and expansions
Assist in planning and implementing leasing strategies, policies, and guidelines
Formulating leasing strategy and conducting marketing research
Provide quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration
Conduct in depth market research, analyze market trend and compile various reports
Prepare annual and monthly budget report and rental forecast
Handle and coordinate on renovation and fit out works, takeover/handover of premises, and ad hoc duties
Liaise and correlate with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
Develop close relationships with key and potential tenants
Maintain good relations with property developers, Government departments, agents and other related parties to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities
Job Requirements:

Programmer
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and enhance for internal system applications
Troubleshoot software development problems
Prepare system documentation(s) on the developed systems and provide application support
Provide support on user acceptance tests and perform user support
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
1 year relevant working experience in software development, fresh graduate will be considered
Experience in Angular (TypeScript) and JAVA Spring Boot is a MUST
Experience in C# / .NET would be an advantage
Good team player with self-initiative, open-minded and willing to learn
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical, organizing & communication skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
