Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

  • Provide secretarial services and administrative support for Directors and Senior Secretaries by maintaining filing systems, coordinating schedule for meetings and travel arrangement, handling reports and correspondences, drafting minutes etc

  • Draft general correspondence, including letters, memos, faxes and reports etc.

  • Assist in organizing travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, restaurants etc.

  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / High Diploma holder, preferably in Business Administration

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, independent, meticulous, well-organized, proactive and eager to learn

Senior Accountant (Weekly Travel to China)

Job Description:

  • Report to Financial Controller

  • Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements, monthly management reports, financial analysis and forecast report.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters

  • Assist in overseeing and preparing tax and statutory compliance matters

  • Assist in reviewing and developing effective financial/accounting policies and internal control procedures

  • Assist in accounting system implementation

  • Perform ad hoc finance projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in sizable corporation

  • Detail minded, self-initiative and able to work independently

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

  • Proficient users in Excel, Words, Access & PowerPoint

Corporate Communications Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with image and enhancing the brand awareness of LAWSGROUP and achievements.

  • Liaison with internal and external parties to ensure the effective planning in various project.

  • Create and manage content for various communication channels, including website, annual report, press releases, speeches and presentations

  • Maintain good relationship with the media, guests and business partners

  • Explore the collaboration opportunities with different brands to offer more dynamic and creative projects 

  • Assist ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree holder or above in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related disciplines

  • Min. of 2 years' relevant PR experience in media relations / public affairs / corporate communications and event management

  • Excellent detail-minded and with good communication, translation and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including social media management tools.

Marketing Manager (Shopping Mall)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Director to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote the shopping mall

  • Lead a small team to plan, organize and coordinate various events including “Weekend Markets”, Fashion Show, Music Show, New Product Launch, etc

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitor activities

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand image for the shopping mall through various marketing channels

  • Ensure smooth event operation including on-site management, helpers arrangement, etc

Job Requirements:

Property Officer (Headquarter)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring the working performance of security team, technical team and cleaning team

  • Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management

  • Handle documentation for tendering and contracting

  • Handle clients’ enquiries, complaints, emergency incidents in a professional manner

  • Perform ad hoc project assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder of Property Management or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in property management, preferably with experience in commercial building

  • Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Security and Guarding Laws

  • Good leadership abilities with integrity and passion for excellence

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibilities and work under pressure

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer

Leasing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tenancy and new letting document of offices / retail shops / shopping mall

  • Handle leasing & marketing activities including but not limited to market research, lease negotiation, tenancy search, tenancy administration and lease enquiries etc.

  • Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment

  • Analyze market trends and data research and prepare regular leasing reports

  • Assist formulating and implementing development and expansion strategies

  • Work closely with both internal and external parties including tenants’ promotional campaigns

  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Real Estate / Surveying or related disciplines

  • At least 2 year relevant leasing experience in mixed portfolios

  • Familiar with landlord / tenancy ordinance and leasing procedures

  • Proactive, energetic and customer oriented

  • Good team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Holder of Estate Agent License is preferred

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
