Senior Accountant (Weekly Travel to China)
Job Description:
Report to Financial Controller
Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements, monthly management reports, financial analysis and forecast report.
Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters
Assist in overseeing and preparing tax and statutory compliance matters
Assist in reviewing and developing effective financial/accounting policies and internal control procedures
Assist in accounting system implementation
Perform ad hoc finance projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in sizable corporation
Detail minded, self-initiative and able to work independently
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Proficient users in Excel, Words, Access & PowerPoint
Weekly travel to China is required
Property Officer (Headquarter)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring the working performance of security team, technical team and cleaning team
Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
Handle documentation for tendering and contracting
Handle clients’ enquiries, complaints, emergency incidents in a professional manner
Perform ad hoc project assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
Holder of PMP Tier 1 / Tier 2 License is required
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in property management, preferably with experience in commercial building
Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Security and Guarding Laws
Able to work independently, strong sense of responsibilities and work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Shop Manager (Indoor Game Centre)
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Shop Manager to lead our indoor game centre (i.e. Powerplay Area). In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service
Manage and mentor staff, promoting a positive work environment
Maintain inventory, conduct stock takes, and manage suppliers
Coordinate promotional events and seasonal campaigns
Create attractive merchandise displays to draw in customers
Monitor safety standards and equipment upkeep
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
Prepare sales, inventory, and staff performance reports for management
Formulate a business plan focused on productivity, customer service, and revenue growth
Job Requirements:
Degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong interpersonal skills and solid business acumen
Strategic planning skills are essential
Proactive, energetic, aggressive, and customer-oriented
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
