Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support, including document drafting, proofreading, scanning, archiving, and records retention, to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier arrangements, document distribution, and departmental communications.

  • Assist in processing invoices, payment requests, reimbursement claims, petty cash records, and other accounting-related administrative duties.

  • Maintain departmental calendars, monitor deadlines, and follow up on outstanding matters to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Support procurement and inventory control of office supplies, equipment, and service contracts for the department.

  • Assist in preparing management reports, operational statistics, budget summaries, and ad hoc analysis.

  • Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative, or clerical experience.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese word processing, and general PC operations.

  • Knowledge of AI tools and willingness to apply digital solutions in daily administrative work would be an advantage.

  • Responsible, detail-minded, proactive, and well-organized with a positive work attitude.

  • Mature, self-confident, and able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Leasing Manager

Job Summary:

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the leasing activities of our properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage a team in planning and implementing leasing strategies, policies, and guidelines for the assigned portfolio

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy

  • Provide quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration

  • Conduct in depth market research, analyze market trend and compile various reports

  • Prepare annual and monthly budget report and rental forecast

  • Handle and coordinate on renovation and fit out works, takeover/handover of premises, and ad hoc duties

  • Liaise and correlate with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues

  • Relationship Management with Existing and Potential Tenants

  • Maintain good relations with property developers, Government departments, agents and other related parties to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities

  • Partner with Marketing Team in leasing and marketing co-ordinations and explore new clients through marketing events and business connections

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Real Estate / Surveying or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in office leasing

  • Strong strategic planning skills is a MUST

  • Proactive, energetic and customer oriented

  • Strong market sense and familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Senior Merchandising Manager, Cut & Sewn Knit

We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandising Manager in cut & sewn knit apparel to drive business development, sales growth, and strategic relationships with ultimate buyers. The role works closely with merchandising, design, sourcing, and production teams to deliver market-relevant solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong international buyer connections, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in apparel sales and account development. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong connections with ultimate buyers to identify new business opportunities, drive sales growth, and expand strategic accounts 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for cut & sewn knit categories, aligning customer needs with internal product and production capabilities 

  • Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery 

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with ultimate buyers, brands, and key decision makers to strengthen long-term partnerships 

  • Lead price negotiations, commercial proposals, margin planning, and seasonal sales reviews to achieve business targets 

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer sourcing needs to strengthen market positioning and capture new opportunities 

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, sustainability initiatives, and buyer requirements 

  • Weekly Travel to Zhuhai is required 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Business, or related field. 

  • Minimum 8 years of sales, business development, or key account management experience in cut & sewn knit apparel, with proven exposure to international buyers. 

  • Strong network and established relationships with ultimate buyers, brands, or sourcing offices in international apparel markets. 

  • Solid understanding of apparel merchandising, product development, fabrics, garment construction, pricing, and production flow. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage.
