Parts Officer (Automotive)

You'll be bringing these values to us… 

  • Forecast and place parts orders based on market trends and sales trends

  • Maintain regular communication with Principals regarding the status of parts ordering

  • Track the shipment status of parts and provide timely update to internal and external customers

  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries related to parts

  • Maintain organized inventory record and perform stock take periodically

  • Prepare various analysis reports to management

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and activities related to aftersales operations

You’ll be a Great Talent, if you are/possess… 

  • Holder of High Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Automotive / Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse

  • Technical knowledge in motor vehicle preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proficient in MS Office applications 

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

  • Proactive, team player, attentive to details and self-motivated

  • Passionate in Automotive Industry, valid HK driving license is preferred
