Designer (Graphic Design, Illustration & Video production Expertise)
Graphic Design:
• Design a wide range of creative assets, such as posters, banners, advertisements, and branding materials for print and digital use.
• Develop visually consistent and engaging layouts that align with the brand’s identity.
Illustration & Character Design:
• Create original illustrations, including character designs, icons, and creative assets, for branding, animation, and campaigns.
• Develop unique visual elements and adapt them for digital, print, and motion media.
Video Shooting & Editing :
• Plan and execute professional photography and video shoots, including product photography, lifestyle imagery, and promotional videos.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos, adding special effects, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator;
• Proficiency with illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or similar platforms;
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar;
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that resonate with the target audience;
• Familiarity with Mainland China platforms and with Advertising Agency Background is an Advantage;
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a creative design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in illustration, photography, video editing, and graphic design.

Public Relations Assistant/ Officer
Responsibilities:
• Support the initiation and implementation of publicity campaigns, assist internal and external event;
• Support in handling sponsorship matters and Corporate Social Responsibility programs, draft of event materials, evaluation;
• Maintain and extend network for the company including media, celebrities, and business partners;
• Maintain and enhance relationship with business sector, NGO and media.
Requirement:
• Diploma or above;
• At least 1 year relevant experience;
• Good writing and communication skill in Chinese and English;
• Pleasant, detail-minded and responsible, positive and optimistically;
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative and clerical support;

• Diligent, mature, careful and responsible;

CRM Representative
Job Descriptions:
• Implement CRM activities or exclusive events to company’s VIPs;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the development and deployment of CRM programs, e.g., member acquisition, engagement, and retention program;
• Handle incoming customer and merchant enquiries and complaints related to BeauDollar Club’s services;
• Create and coordinate marketing activities to acquire new members and retain members;
• Support in CRM data analysis and report generation for identifying target segmentation for CRM initiatives;
• To develop and prepare marketing communications and collaterals for different touch points to drive customer engagement & optimize consumer journey;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
