Commercial Services Officer

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide dedicated support to the Assistant Commercial Services Manager in the development and implementation of package services

  • Assist in the comprehensive review and revamp of existing package services

  • Coordinate with clinical departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

  • Manage administrative processes related to package rollout and performance monitoring

  • Provide data analysis, utilization forecasts, and reporting

  • Prepare minutes of meetings to ensure accurate documentation and effective follow-up

  • Undertake ad hoc assignments and special projects as delegated by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, or a related discipline is preferred;

  • Candidates with an Associate’s degree and relevant experience will also be considered

  • Prior relevant work experience is preferred, particularly within the healthcare sector

  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology and clinical procedures is an advantage

  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player

  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming enquiries via calls, chats and emails in a professional and polite manner

  • Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with customers during conversation

  • Co-ordinate with internal departments to meet customers’ needs

  • Proactively familiar with new promotion and arrangement of the hospital and maintain the reliability of database to ensure accurate answers are provided to internal and external enquiry

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in call centre / healthcare preferred

  • Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Proficient in Chinese word processing, and possess knowledge of PC and software applications.

  • Pleasant personality, customer oriented and detail-minded

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving abilities

  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

  • With knowledge of medical terminology will be an advantage

  • May be worked in shift

Part-time Wound Nurse

Job Descriptions:

  • Support the smooth running of clinical services and safe care to patients

  • Ensure good patient care at ward level, especially the critically ill patients

  • Provide total patient care and implement safety work for maintaining safe practice

  • Provide good and accurate documentation related to medical record

  • Provide health care education to patients and their relatives

  • Follow hospital policy and international standard to implement infection control measures

  • Follow the rules and guidelines on occupational safety and health laid down by hospital

  • Maintain good communication with doctor, patients and relatives

  • Perform duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Preferably with Degree in Nursing

  • Possess a valid/current nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong

  • Possess a relevant certificate in Stoma and Wound Care Nursing 

  • Clinical and technical competency

  • Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures, knowledge of current trends in nursing practice.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Languages

  • Good customer service skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • BLS bi-yearly recertification

  • ACLS is required for Critical Care Areas

健康服務助理 (危重症監護中心)

工作範疇:

  • 測量體溫、呼吸、脈膊、血壓、體重，口頭及書寫報告

  • 驗常規小便

  • 病人入院時提供簡介包括介紹環境及設施、使用叫人鐘及點餐

  • 扶抱/抬動病人、病人臥式及體位、失禁病人料理

  • 整理床舗

  • 協助病人排泄 (給予便盆、便壺及便椅)、沐浴/ 淋浴及床上浴、日常梳洗、餵飼、口腔料理

  • 尿道管護理：尿道口清潔、清空尿袋及量小便

  • 記錄出入量

資歷:

  • 中五或以上程度

  • 持有「健康服務助理」或「醫護支援人員(臨床病人服務)」或「保健員」證書課程

  • 具相關工作經驗者優先考慮

  • 具中、英文理解能力；能操流利粵語、簡單英文及普通話

  • 需輪班工作
