Manager (Integrated Family Services)
We provide one-stop integrated services with a child-centred, family-focused and community-based approach. Our integrated services promote resilience among families and individuals, and facilitate effective ways to prevent and cope with difficulties and challenges. We now invite dedicated professional to join us as:
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Senior Manager, the job-holder will be responsible for service development and centre operation of one of our Integrated Family Service Centres including administration, service operation, staff management, staff supervision, etc.
Requirements:
Registered Social Worker.
Degree in Social Work with 5 years post-graduate solid experience.
Management or supervisory experience an advantage. Experience in handling crisis cases/complicated cases.
Mature, flexible and has positive attitude towards change, good interpersonal and communication skills.
