Manager (Elderly Services)
Reporting to Senior Manager, the job-holder will take up the overall management and operational responsibilities, covering a number of service centres in the district, service scope will be Integrated Home Care Services / Enhanced Home and Community Care Services, and / or NEC / special projects.
Registered Social Worker.
Degree in Social Work with at least 5 years’ post-graduate solid experience in elderly service, including home care services or NEC.
Management or supervisory experience in elderly service an advantage.
Have a strong demonstrated interest in community care and elderly service.
Temporary Registered Social Worker (Home Support Service and Home Care Services for Frail Elderly Persons)
Provide home support and home care service (including casework, group work and programs) for the frail elderly and their care-givers in the community.
Assist in centre management / administrative work, including supervising frontline staff.
Degree in Social Work
Contract period from June to October 2026
Work location: Tseung Kwan O
Registered Social Worker (Home Support Service and Home Care Services for Frail Elderly Persons)
Provide home care service (including casework, group work and programs) for the frail elderly and their care-givers in the community.
Assist in centre management / administrative work, including supervising frontline staff.
Diploma in Social Work (Work location: Peng Chau).
Degree in Social Work (Work location: Mui Wo).
Registered Nurse (Full-time / Half-time)
Provide nursing care for service users (mainly frail elderly and disabled), home visit required.
Certificate of Registration issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong with at least 2 years’ working experience.
Night duty NOT required.
Work location: Tsuen Wan

Half-time Registered Social Worker (Project Worker)
Deliver Home-based and community-based social work service for Carers with SEN children studying K3 (age over 6), Primary 1 and 2.
Deliver casework service and program for the target families with SEN children.
Degree in Social Work, with at least 2 years’ working experience in School Social Work service (Pre-primary Institution/Primary School) or Children Service.
Work location: Kwun Tong
