Data Center Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Performs diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures, quickly identifies the cause(s) of issues, and replaces faulty components with minimal customer and business disruption.

  • Performs post-execution quality checks and verifies that grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling are set up properly according to safety protocols, deployment standards, and planned Network Design Tasks (NDTs).

  • Decommissions hardware for simple changes and refreshes (e.g., memory upgrades, rebuilds) following standard procedures with minimal guidance.

  • Follows procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate Microsoft data center operations management units, Technician Leads, and engineering specialists.

  • Assists and provides guidance to other technicians to complete challenging or complex tasks.

  • Completes required training aligned to the role and workload; observes more experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience and relevant on-the-job training.

  • Contributes to a positive and effective team environment by sharing information with others, contributing to regular team meetings, asking questions, and staying apprised of the status of others' work.

  • Has pride and a sense of accountability for the service quality, completeness, and resulting user experience; displays accountability and ownership of the data center facilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components AND 1+ year(s) experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

  • Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).

Sales Specialist - Workforce AI

Responsibilities:

  • Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively.

  • Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives.

  • Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities.

  • Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams.

  • Support Agent 365、ME5、ME7 opportunities through partner-led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives.

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to help build new pipeline and secure customer intent to buy by leveraging digital signals, partner workshops, and marketing events.

  • Maintain accurate account plans and MSX updates, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consumption milestones.

  • Coordinate cross-solution opportunities across Security, Business Applications, Surface, and Azure, partnering with ATU, CSU, FastTrack, and other stakeholders.

  • Uphold compliance by modeling ethical behavior, completing required trainings, and proactively identifying and escalating risks. Lead technical GTM strategy for AI Workforce 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND

  • 5+years work experience that included 2+ years of experience in technology-related sales or solution area business management

  • 4+ years solution or services sales experience.

  • 1+ year of experience with Generative and Agentic AI

Solution Engineer - Copilot

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership

  • Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-powered solution architectures

  • Lead technical discussions, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) focused on Copilot and agent scenarios

  • Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through their AI transformation journey

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Design and build solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services

  • Develop and demonstrate agent-based scenarios (e.g., workflow automation, data orchestration, multi-agent collaboration)

  • Create reusable solution assets, demos, and reference architectures

Pre-sales & Deal Acceleration

  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists to support opportunity qualification, technical validation, and deal closure

  • Deliver impactful demos and storytelling to articulate business value and ROI of Copilot & Agent solutions

  • Remove technical blockers and accelerate customer decision-making

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, Copilot, and Agent technologies

  • Provide feedback to product teams and contribute to field insights and best practices

  • Drive internal enablement by sharing knowledge, assets, and learnings across teams

Qualifications:

  • Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)

  • Azure AI / OpenAI services

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures

  • Experience in solution development using APIs, automation workflows, or low-code/no-code platforms

Customer & Business Skills

  • Strong ability to map technical solutions to business outcomes

  • Experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders

  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, customer success)

Required/minimum qualifications:

  • Additional or preferred qualifications

  • 4+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
