Procurement Assistant (Ref: PRO0902)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the routine orders for the daily purchasing activities in the Department

• Handle the daily purchase requisitions from various sites

• Issue and follow up Purchase Order with suppliers

• Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure pricing, quality and on-time deliveries

• Manage and update the subcontractors’ documents

• Monitor documentations of vehicles licenses

• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above with 1-2 years’ working experience preferably in procurement field

• Independent, well-organized and self-motivated

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command in both of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

• Fresh graduate will also be considered
