Intern - Sales Administration

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for stocks/goods arrival handling.

  • Assist on factory liaison, shipment follow-up, logistic arrangement, and internal workflows

  • Handle administrative work on data entry, filing and scanning.

  • Support the team to perform project operation includes but not limit to billing, PO issuance, purchase request checking and handling

  • Communicate with customer on payment and delivery related issues

  • Verify and book vendor’s invoices.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines will be an advantage.

Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will take the responsibility of implementing all elements of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality (“EHSQ”) management system in entire business operations especially the engineering activities on construction sites. The primary responsibilities include:

  • to ensure compliance with company EHSQ management system, ISO, customer specific requirements and all regulatory requirements

  • To lead and oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control in projects

  • To develop, control and ensure the implementation of project quality plans and quality procedures

  • To monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality and compliance

  • To facilitate and attend regular Quality related meetings, surveillance and visit with senior management staffs

  • To plan and conduct regular quality audits, inspections, trainings and preparing reports

  • To monitor correction and corrective actions on quality-related issues

  • To liaise with customer’s Quality team related to quality aspect of products/ solutions/ services

  • To co-ordinate all aspects of Quality management with project team and for work teams on site

  • To drive the implementation of best practices and ensure the adoption of quality initiatives for continual improvement

  • To carry out other duties as required

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Knowledge of Railway systems like Communication/ Electrification / Signalling

  • Relevant chartered institution in quality is an advantage

  • Qualified auditor / internal auditor in ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 is an advantage

  • Experience in application of quality requirements associated with safety management as per EN50126, EN50128, EN50129 is an advantage

Senior Environmental Protection, Health Management and Safety Officer

The successful candidate will take the responsibility of implementing all elements of Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality (“EHSQ”) management system in entire business operations especially the engineering activities on construction sites. The primary responsibilities include:

  • To maintain and implement safety and environmental management system in accordance with company EHSQ policy and legislative requirements

  • To ensure compliance with local EHS regulations, corporate and project requirements

  • To establish and review EHS standards, procedures and training programs

  • To prepare, review and revise risk assessment, health and safety plan and environmental management plan whenever necessary

  • To prepare and coordinate F&IU Audit; and to assist ISO Audits

  • To liaise with customer’s EHS management teams

  • To co-ordinate all aspects of EHS management for work teams on site

  • To conduct EHS training, site inspections, audits and incident/ accident investigation and preparing reports

  • To implement EHS promotion and activities (project and corporate level)

  • To carry out other duties as required

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Diploma or above in in Science / Engineering / Occupational Safety and Health Environmental Studies or related discipline

  • Registered Safety Officer with HK Labour Department with min. 5 years of post-qualification experience and

  • Min. 3 years MTR railway project experience (3 years of which at senior safety officer or safety manager level in project is a plus)

  • Completed the Environmental Officer Course is an advantage

Assistant Project Manager

Responsibility:

  • Get involved and lead development of specs for subcontractors, and support technical solution design 

  • Identify and develop the most appropriate solutions for supply (on-site generation) and demand side (energy efficiency) optimization projects, including technical feasibility, the assurance of appropriate supply chain, and the development of risk management measures. 

  • Engage with the people, understand the challenges, energy usage, and patterns, how a plant operates and is controlled, how it provides & uses energy, compare the design to what is being used, and upon delivering a detailed system design.

  • Coordinate and lead facility site visits and communicates with outside.

  • Assist sales in the identification and qualification of potential projects.

  • Lead in the development of preliminary and final technical proposals.

  • Analyse blueprints and perform site surveys to identify mechanical, electrical, and system efficiencies and determine facility operational characteristics.

  • Apply energy simulation programs to develop energy models using modeling software to evaluation the energy yield of the plant.

  • Interaction and cooperation with the Siemens Regional Energy Centre of Competence.

  • Active monitoring for new trends and solutions in the market to improve the offerings. 

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good work ethic, being team and customer orientated, and taking a flexible approach to working will be key to this opportunity, as is:

  • Experience in developing multi-technology solutions in the areas of Solar Photovoltaic, Building Integrated PV, Automatic Meter Reading system, Metering, Energy Storage and Building Management systems

  • Good understanding of procedures and requirements of local authorities

  • Experience in open protocol such as Modbus / M-Bus 

  • Experience in Distributed Energy Systems would be an advantage

  • Proven design and project management experience delivering to quality, time and budget

  • Self-motivated, a good team player and able to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering department or project administrative works, such as preparation of documents, filing, binding, etc.

  • Provide overall clerical and administrative support including office supplies, inventory control, etc

  • Managing daily correspondence and communication flows with both external and internal contacts independently and tactfully

  • Arranging internal meetings, external appointments and travel itineraries

  • Logistic arrangement for goods receive and delivery including store arrangement with forwarder and customer
