Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for Buildings business of HK and Macao. The primary responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plan to drive and grow business.

  • Achieve sales target with planned sales volumes and potential customers in HK and Macao.

  • Implement value selling and project/products type business processes.

  • Ability to identify customer pain points and comes up with solution addressing those challenges in line with portfolio.

  • Seek out and leverage resources to drive innovation and new offerings.

  • Provides accurate customer and project information via CRM for forecasts and planning.

  • Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.

  • Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds up market ecosystem.

  • Contributes to the development of service market business in the region.

  • Actively visit customer and participate promotion seminar to build up relationships and selling on key projects.

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Higher Diploma or above in electrical, Building Services, automation engineering or related disciplines

  • 3 years of experience in buildings, system or automation solutions

  • Experienced in sales function and project bidding skill, and achieve sales target

  • Strong teamwork with good communication skills, motivation, and capabilities. Willingness to learn and grow professionally and personally

  • Familiar with HK/Macao vertical industry i.e. Building Automation, HVAC, Electrical, IoT sensors/products, Data center is a plus

  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus)
