Event Assistant (Ref#EA250624W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support events from pre-event logistics, and on-site assistance

  • Responsible for all upcoming events in Cyberport

  • Supporting the delivery of external and internal events at Cyberport

  • Assist in preparing proposals for customers' enquiry on venue rental

  • Reporting to Senior Manager, Campus Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in event/exhibition

  • Diploma or University graduate

  • With event operations experience

  • Good Customer Service skills and details oriented

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The position is on a 1-year term contract, renewal depends on performance and operation needs

Programme Coordinator – Cyberport Academy (Ref#SPECA250624W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Cyberport Academy on drafting and reviewing procurement documents, training collaboration agreements and other related documents

  • Maintain organized records of any form of legal documents, contracts, agreements, training attendance records and certificates

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Cyberport's policies and guidelines, discreet handling of confidential documents/ information for due diligence on the eligibility, compiling statistical data and information, and handling enquiry/ correspondence/ emails, drafting presentation materials; providing secretarial support of training meetings; and supporting the planning, organization and coordination of training events

  • Manage and drive training programme enrollment

  • Provide administrative support and perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Degree in related discipline

  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and good team player

  • Strong analytical and research skills, attention to details with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in document review

  • Proficiency command of effective English and Chinese writing

  • Good communication skills, fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing and multi-tasking working environment

Funding Project Executive (Ref#PE250624W)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of Digital Transformation Support Pilot Programme (DTSPP) to expedite the pace of digital transformation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) by providing funding support to SMEs in adopting digital solutions.

  • Conduct application assessment, eligibility and due diligence checking for programme applications, and consolidate relevant documents

  • Provide support to funding applications, initial assessment of the funding applications assigned, and prepare the relevant reports and summary lists required;

  • Handle administrative work and enquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports

  • Conduct on-site checking for applicants and funded projects

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above

  • 1 year working experience preferred but not mandatory

  • Mature, self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently and meet tough deadlines

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in PC skill, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and English/Chinese word processing

The position is on a temporary contract until 31 March 2026, renewal depends on performance and operation needs
