Officer - Integrated Service Centre (Part Time)
Job Duties:
Perform customer services duties such as meet and greet guests, visitors, passengers and crew, handle VIP flights, and ensure all services are handled professionally and comply with handling guidelines and regulatory requirements
Perform daily administrative duties such as handling counter service, answering phone calls, handling emails, filing and updating documents
Perform safe and professional driving duties for guests and crew members. Shuttle personnel to designated locations at airside/landside to support daily operations (*it is applicable to staff possessing driving license only)
Liaise closely and coordinate with aircraft operators and agents, MROs, service providers and airport’s Control Authorities on flight operation and services requirement
Plan and arrange ramp services to ensure smooth daily operation
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 1 year’ relevant experience or Diploma holder with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skill and serving attitude
Initiative, detail-oriented and good team player
Good command of both spoken and written English / Chinese
Holder of valid HK Driving License No. 1, 2 with clean driving record is a plus
Shift duty is required
Assistant Manager - PR & Marketing
Job Duties:
Assist the Manager — PR & Marketing with implementing HKBAC’s brand strategies, communicating with customers, and facilitating corporate partnerships
Participate in the development and execution of marketing communications strategies for both new and existing services
Oversee the implementation of marketing communications activities, which include campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations
Collaborate with the Commercial team and sales staff by providing tools, materials, and presentations to support commercial objectives
Contribute to the social media plan, including contests, graphic design, video content, and postings to increase customer engagement and market reach
Monitor and assess the performance of internal and external agencies. Prepare monthly reports on ROI and KPIs for management review
Conduct ongoing analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends
Assist with planning and executing corporate, marketing, and media events; coordinate logistics and ensure communication throughout each stage of the event
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
4-5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, brand management, or corporate marketing
Prior involvement in sponsorship marketing, digital campaigns, and event planning is preferred
Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and communications planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proficiency with graphics, especially Adobe Photoshop, ability to use different types of photographic equipment and photography software is preferred
Strong management in time and multi-tasking in meeting tight deadlines
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Administrator
Job Duties:
Responsible for daily administration duties for Integrated Service Centre
Assist Manager to record staff attendance, attendance adjustment, leave application and training
Communicate with Human Resource and Administration Department on general staff issues such as uniform issue and company activities
Assist Manager to coordinate with service providers and vendor for administration works
Assist Manager to handle administrative works
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Department Manager
Requirements:
Higher Diploma preferably in Aviation or Business Administration
Minimum 1 -2 years’ working experience
Independent, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
Good command of both spoken and written English / Chinese
Aircraft Line Service Technician

$1,200 monthly allowance for eligible HK driving license code 19 holder
Up to $20,000 sponsorship for obtaining HK driving license code 18/19
Monthly salary up to $27,000 (including basic salary, OT & all other allowances)
Job Duties:
Provide aircraft arrival / departure routine services
Handle aircraft towing in both apron and hangar, lavatory service, potable water supply service, luggage handling, external power supply and ground equipment, and assist hydrant dispenser refueling operations
Perform daily inspection and routine check on Ground Service Equipment
Provide driving support for operational needs
Act as headset man and perform walk around check of inbound and outbound flight movements
Handle aircraft fueling operations and associated documentations and records
Responsible for basic data input in HKBAC system
Perform other duties as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Holder of valid HK Driving License No.1 & 2 with clean driving record; holder of code 18 /19 is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Shift duty is required (morning, afternoon & overnight shift)
