The challenge is to: 

  • Enter various data into the Merchandising system accurately

  • Coordinate with other departments on administration issues 

  • Coordinate promotions with vendors 

  • Provide administration support such as preparing reports, data and memos for the department 

  • Update new vendors and items information 

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments and contribute to the team.

Do you have experience in Category Management?

  • Bachelor's Degree in any fields

  • 1 year of retail experience and knowledge in category management is a plus

  • Fresh graduates will be considered

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and simplified Chinese

  • Proficiency in PC skills, especially MS applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good organizational skill, attention to details and ability to work under pressure


CRM Senior Specialist

Develop & Execute CRM Strategy:

  • Assist in crafting and implementing the communication and segmentation strategy to effectively recruit new customers, retain existing ones, and reactivate lapsed members

Execute regular member promotions:

  • Independently execute the communication plan of weekly promotion and key member promotion day as per the CRM plan, deploying them across various channels, including ATL, in-store, and direct member communication channels

Analyse & Optimize Performance:

  • Analyse the effectiveness of promotions across different customer segments

  • Provide data-driven insights and concrete recommendations to enhance future campaign performance and ROI

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate intensively with YUU, the internal marketing team, commercial team, and operations team to align strategies, engage different stakeholders, and successfully execute member campaigns and promotions

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Proactively manage and engage with different stakeholders across the organization to ensure campaign alignment and ensure smooth execution of all CRM activities

Do you have experience in the Digital Marketing & CRM?

  • Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Communications or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years of digital marketing and CRM

  • Experience in retail, FMCG or digital agency is an advantage

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

  • A team player, detail-minded, independent, fast learner with good analytical skills
