We are seeking a friendly and organized Member Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling administrative tasks. Captain (Steakhouse/Banquet Service) (5 days work)

The Captain supports the F&B Service Manager in daily restaurant set-up and operations.  Responsible for areas designated by Manager / Assistant Manager to ensure the highest possible levels of service are met and exceeded consistently. 

Job Description

  • Provide exceptional service to all members and guests. E.g. greet Members, take orders and make recommendations

  • Assist the F&B Service Manager in the day-to-day operations

  • Maintain high levels of sanitation standards of the outlet

  • Maintain exceptional knowledge and understanding of the full food and beverage menu including dietary labelling and ingredient components

  • Handle minor Member concerns and escalate to the Manager / Assistant Manager where required

  • Perform duties such as polishing silverware and wine glasses, arranging the tables and other assigned daily tasks

Qualifications & Skills

  • Vocational training in hospitality, beverage, cocktail, wine, spirits or beer

  • 3 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry

  • Good customer service, engagement skills and organizational skills

  • Awareness of all food safety and hygiene standards

  • Good command of spoken and written in English
