Full time Medical Doctor (General Practitioner / Specialist)

The Role

Provide professional medical consultation and advice to patients
Perform diagnostics examination, procedures and patient care related services
Refer patients for onward treatment when appropriate
Maintain patient records while adhering to regulatory standard

Requirements

Medical / Specialist qualification registrable in Hong Kong under the Medical Registration Ordinance
Hold a valid annual practicing certificate issued by the Medical Council of Hong Kong
Passionate, independent, positive attitude, good communication skills
Fluent English and Chinese
Fresh graduate / experienced candidates will be considered

Healthcare scheme product development and management manager

Responsibilities

Ideation and Design: Making use of the Group's available healthcare service resources, lead the design of market-relevant healthcare pass products and enhancements.
Market Analysis: Proactively monitor market developments, conduct market intelligence studies, and analyze competitor products.
End-to-End Management: Coordinate the entire development process, including planning, design, validation, development, implementation, and post-launch monitoring.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (pricing, marketing, operations, distribution, technology) and external partners (third parties, suppliers) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Sales and Marketing Support: Craft sales stories, developing materials for internal stakeholders and distribution channels, and design end-to-end sales journeys from a product perspective.
Performance Monitoring: Oversee product performance reports, data analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in business, finance, mathematics, statistics or related field.
Experience in medical plan / healthcare plan, product planning and management. Strong knowledge of medical insurance market is preferred.
Possess a deep understanding of the healthcare scheme market and relevant regulations.
Strong communication and project management skills. Collaborative mindset.
All rounded experience in the areas of business development, strategic planning and project management.
Sense of accountability and ownership.
Proficient in English and Chinese.

Technology and Innovation Specialist

Role Summary

Reporting to the COO, this individual contributor role assists in end-to-end execution of technological and medical initiatives and innovation advancement for clinic enhancement and business growth.

Job Description

Analyze market trends and conduct research to find opportunities for technological innovation. Apply and integrate new technologies, such as AI, IoT, and automation, into existing business processes and products.
Guide cross-functional teams to execute innovation projects from the initial concept to final implementation. Offer technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure new systems align with organizational standards.
Execute technological integrations to support GP and telemedicine systems for expanded clinic capabilities.
Research and implement new medical technologies, such as diagnostics or wearable devices, to enhance telemedicine and drive patient reach.
Handle full lifecycle of tool procurement, deployment, and integration, ensuring security and regulatory compliance with growth focus.
Manage projects from start to finish to improve patient acquisition and revenue via innovations.
Implement internal efficiency measures, such as paperless workflows, to streamline administrative processes and reduce operational costs.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related.
Min. 2 years in tech roles with experience executing growth-driven digital projects.
Preferably with expertise in analytics, software, and healthcare tech
Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration with teams and vendors.
Proactive, hands-on executor with passion for medical tech research and ethical integration in patient-centered growth.
Adaptable in fast-paced settings, delivering projects end-to-end under deadlines.
