System Manager, IT Infrastructure
The Position
Plan and lead technical design, implementation and ongoing management of enterprise IT systems such as servers, storage, backup, performance monitoring and maintenance
Develop, customize and deploy HKSTP private Large Language models for enterprise AI use cases
Lead and coordinate with outsourced teams for system support and maintenance
Act as 3rd-level escalation support from outsourced vendors for complex issues
Evaluate, implement, monitor and upgrade security measures for new & existing systems
Oversee the full project lifecycle such as RFP/RFQ preparation, IT solution proposals evaluation from vendors, UAT, deployment and the transition to ongoing support
Manage external vendors, suppliers and contractors to ensure quality deliverables
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The Candidate
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
8+ years relevant working experience in Infrastructure, Azure and Alibaba cloud projects, preferably with solid experience in Project Management of large-scale projects or Technical Leader roles
Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
Deep expertise in VMware, SAN storage, Microsoft Servers, Active Directory/Group Policies, Azure, Alibaba Cloud and Microsoft 365 is preferred
Knowledge in cloud security controls, including tenant isolation, encryption, key management, vulnerability assessment, SIEM, authentication SAML/OAuth, MFA, etc.
Familiar with best practices in information security and strong experience in vendor management
PMP, MCSE, CCNP and ITIL certifications would be an advantage
Excellent people management, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing and Management
The Position
The successful incumbent will be responsible for brand perception research, customer satisfaction survey, brand governance support and marketing intelligence to strengthen HKSTP’s overall brand and ecosystem positioning.
1. Perception and Brand Health Studies
Act as project owner to plan and execute local and global brand perception studies with external research agencies, including scope definition, questionnaire design, sample plan and timeline management.
Coordinate budgeting, vendor management, fieldwork monitoring and quality control to ensure robust, timely delivery of brand tracking and ad-hoc studies.
Synthesise findings into clear insight reports and recommendations for senior management and cross-department stakeholders, including presentations and dashboards.
2. Customer Satisfaction Survey (I&T Ecosystem)
Serve as PIC of HKSTP’s annual customer satisfaction survey covering park companies in our I&T ecosystem.
Work closely with business units to define objectives, survey content and contact lists, and coordinate survey execution (online, quantitative and/or qualitative methods).
Conduct regular data analysis and track satisfaction, on top of final presentation on insights, learnings and way-forward.
3. Brand Check, Sponsorship and Governance
Oversee day-to-day brand identity presence across key touchpoints, ensuring consistent application of HKSTP’s visual identity and messaging guidelines in campaigns, events and digital experiences.
Support evaluation of collaboration and sponsorship opportunities from a brand-fit and visibility perspective, and advise internal teams on brand representation and deliverables.
Conduct regular “brand check” reviews of major campaigns, partner materials and sponsorship assets, providing constructive feedback and approvals where appropriate.
4. Brand Guidelines, Tools and Enablement
Maintain and update HKSTP brand guidelines, playbooks and asset libraries covering visual identity, tone of voice and application across marketing, communications, events and digital platforms.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams and agencies on correct brand usage, and manage access to logos, templates, photography and other core brand assets.
Support development of new brand tools (e.g. templates, checklists, reference decks) to improve brand governance and execution efficiency across the organisation.
5. Marketing Intelligence and Trend Tracking
Monitor global and regional branding, place-branding and I&T ecosystem marketing trends, and benchmark HKSTP against relevant peers and competitors.
Consolidate market, competitor and audience insights into regular intelligence updates and strategic recommendations for the Brand Team and other business units.
Explore emerging methodologies, tools and platforms (e.g. social listening, brand tracking dashboards) to enhance HKSTP’s insight and measurement capabilities.
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
The Candidate
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Science, Statistics or related disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in brand/marketing, market research, customer insight or marketing intelligence, exposure in agency, research house, corporate marketing or public-sector organisation a plus.
Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
Hands-on experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research, customer satisfaction surveys, or brand tracking projects, including working with external research agencies.
Solid understanding of branding, customer experience and marketing communications, ideally within innovation, technology, property, place-branding or related sectors.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business and brand recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent project management, budgeting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple studies and requests simultaneously under tight timelines.
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with confidence in engaging senior management and cross-functional teams
High attention to detail, organised, proactive and collaborative, with a passion for branding, research and the I&T ecosystem.
Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint and familiarity with survey tools, data visualisation or analytics platforms is an advantage.
