Senior Accounting Officer (6 months Maternity Cover)
The Position:
Handle daily accounting functions (mainly Fixed Asset) and month end closing
Maintain Fixed Asset Register, Inventory List and Construction-in-progress schedules for management reporting and any other reports & audit requirements as designated by the supervisor
Assist in project cost accounting/control, maintain accurate and completed records of fixed assets and annual assets count
Participate in system enhancement and automation to improve operation efficiency and internal controls
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
The Candidate:
Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience gained form management/financial accounting, auditing, or implementation of ERP system
Experience in fixed asset management is preferred
Well-versed in computerized accounting system
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills, willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Officer, Funding Management and TecONE (Temporary Contract)
The Position:
Assist in the overall administration of relevant funding and support programs, which includes handling application vetting, progress reports, change request reviews, reimbursement vetting, conducting visits and interviews with applicant companies, verifying compliance with relevant application guidelines, and preparing statistical reports, presentation materials, and communications, including webinars about relevant funding and support programs.
Drive technology companies and support them in applying for public funding schemes.
Perform service counter duties by advising technology companies on inquiries related to funding applications and disbursement via email, phone, or other appropriate means.
Carry out other ad-hoc duties (such as event support) assigned by the line manager as needed.
The Candidate:
University graduate in any discipline
Experience in service centre, Government’s or NGO’s funding programmes would be an advantage
Logical minded, sensitive with numbers; meticulous, proactive, well organized and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Offices, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing etc.
Good oral and written communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
Fresh graduates will also be considered

Senior Officer, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs
The Position:
Develop and implement effective communication and public affairs programs
Plan and execute the engagement strategies with stakeholders including journalists, editors, key opinion leaders, policymakers, legislators, and the public
Work independently or with external agencies to manage a comprehensive range of corporate communications and public relations activities, such as media events, releases, interviews, and media inquiry handling, etc.
Support on issue management and coordinate with business units to effectively shape public perception for the Corporation
Craft bilingual communications for senior executives, including speeches, presentations, byline articles etc.
Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and social media. Stay updated on best practices in corporate communications and contributing to media strategies.
Actively seek out-of-the-box opportunities to promote the corporation. Stay updated on best practices in corporate communications.
Perform other duties as assigned
Occasionally traveling to Mainland China and overseas are required
The Candidate:
A bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Translation or equivalent
With at least 3 years of experience preferably with proven record of collaboration with government departments, District Councils, and political parties
Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
Prior experience in public statutory bodies / PR agencies are preferred
Strong connection with Think Tank, local and international media
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Good team player with strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and inter-personal skills
Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
