Manager, Client Relations (AI and Data)
The Position:
Identify, onboard and manage partners across startups, corporates, government, academia, data providers, AI/LLM providers for advancing innovation and industry collaboration
Drive a high-quality AI projects and HPC pipeline usage, grow trial-user adoption and coordinate onboarding of AI/LLM model to our HPC platform
Build and manage an intake-to-impact pipeline for AI use cases, including opportunity triage and prioritization
Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases and attract partners to participate in data related initiatives
Match problem statements with the right partners, resources, and platforms then track milestones, budgets, and KPIs and report progress to leadership and stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with internal teams, ventures, and vendors to ensure timely, successful outcomes
Plan and deliver AI and Data workshops, meetups, hackathons, demo days, and training programmes that build capability and showcase success stories
Maintain strong relationships with executives and business leaders
Conduct data activities reporting and trend analysis
Support the execution of data related initiatives, audit procedures against Data Governance Framework, data activities reporting and trend analysis
Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned
The Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field or equivalent
8 years of work experience, preferably in ecosystem building, partnerships, programme or portfolio management, technology innovation, AI/data initiatives in I&T industry
Proven track record in organizing professional events and workshops (from focused training sessions to larger community events)
Familiarity with AI concepts and industry trends (e.g., LLMs, analytics, geospatial) with the ability to engage credibly with technical and business audiences; hands-on coding is not required
Understanding of the AI landscape in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and internationally; With existing network is an advantage
Experience with basic reporting/CRM and business intelligence tools for pipeline tracking and impact reporting; exposure to geospatial data is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered

Senior Project Officer, IT Infrastructure
The Position:
Support in IT infrastructure projects and services management
Prepare RFQ/RFP, carry out tender processes, coordinate vendor meetings and secure tender acceptance
Manage external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality deliverables
Provide support/site visits for IT Infrastructure Services
Assist in preparing, renewing and updating various IT maintenance tenders, budgets and contracts on a regular basis
Plan for project transition to ongoing and operation support
Standardize documentation for IT Infrastructure service and specification
Provide general administrative support and handle IT procurement processes such as purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice receipt and payment
The Candidate:
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT project management, IT procurement or similar
Organized, detailed-minded and eager to learn
Knowledge in Excel, SAP, eTender System is an added advantage
Knowledge on IT hardware (including desktop and server) and software
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Assistant Manager, Facilities Improvement, Technical Services
The Position:
Responsible for the provision of quality tenancy services including but not limited to tenants liaison, tenancy administration support, coordinating of take-over / hand-over of premises, reinstatement and fitting-out works
Oversee the premises takeover process and ensure all outstanding building defects are addressed until satisfactorily resolved
Assist in reviewing, inspecting, and overseeing tenants' fit-out works and installations. Provide feedback on design drawings, specifications, manuals, etc., and conduct inspections to identify defects during the takeover of new premises
Accountable for integrating people, work process and physical assets to deliver quality services to partner companies
Supervise service providers' daily activities in relation to tenancy management, monitor the process of marching-in / marching-out of tenancy units
Coordinate and monitor reinstatement or refurbishment projects of offices, commercial and manufacturing buildings
Devise and review workflows and policies to enhance the smoothness of the operation to achieve customer satisfaction
Handle enquiries and resolve complaints based on professional knowledge and provide solutions to tenants’ concerns and issues
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
The Candidate:
University degree or above in Property Management, Surveying, Real Estate, Facilities Management or equivalent
Corporate membership of HKIH, HKIFM, CFM, MIH, RICS or equivalent is an added advantage
Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in Tenancy / Customer Services, Facilities Management or Property Management in sizable commercial properties
Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
Experience in handling march-in and march-out of tenancy units with the involvement of renovation and reinstatement work is preferable
Possess sound knowledge of facilities management, including familiarity with government procedures, leasing-related ordinances, and relevant subsidiary legislation
Self-driven, good team player with sound problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of delivering quality service to users and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
