Senior Manager, Engineering Services
The Position
The primary focus of this role will be accelerating the landing and production setup of Microelectronics companies by leveraging her/his technical expertise in bridging client needs with internal technical teams. Key responsibilities outline below:
Lead and manage a team of engineers to oversee operations and continuously enhance service standards of communal laboratory facilities at the Advanced Manufacturing Centre (AMC) and InnoPark.
Provide end-to-end technical support to Microelectronics and Advanced Manufacturing clients, from initial engagement through production setup.
Act as the primary technical interface between clients and internal stakeholders, translating client requirements into actionable technical and operational plans.
Support clients on production operations, facility planning and technical infrastructure requirements.
Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to ensure suitability of space, utilities, and infrastructure for specialized manufacturing needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Perform any other duties as assigned
The Candidate:
A bachelor's degree preferably in Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably with client advisory and project management experience in industrial sectors and/or laboratories
Proven track record in large-scale projects in the industrial sector or plant settings, covering project initiation, design, construction, and plant commissioning
Experience and knowledge in plant establishment and the installation of specialized systems have an added advantage
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate and translate technical terminology into business communications to facilitate understanding
Seasoned interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels
Results-driven, detailed oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese, including fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua

Manager, Corporate Facilities Management
1. Operational & Tenancy Leadership
Act as site-in-charge for all operational and tenancy matters to ensure the highest standards of service, safety, crisis management, and compliance with statutory requirements and codes of practices
2. Portfolio & Project Oversight
Oversee facilities within the Science Park and/or Innopark portfolio, including office buildings, commercial spaces, high-tech manufacturing and logistics centers, laboratories, commercial venues, R&D industrial buildings, and future developments. Coordinate renovation and revamp programs, collaborating with stakeholders, project teams, technical teams, and service providers.
3. Community Programs & Commercial Vibe
Drive and implement initial community programs to foster engagement and collaboration among tenants, startups, and stakeholders, while cultivating a commercial vibe that balances innovation with business vitality.
4. Budget & Contract Management
Manage annual operating budgets, monitor monthly income and expenditure, coordinate tendering and contracts, and oversee the performance of contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
5. Sustainability & I&T Robotics Integration
Integrate sustainability initiatives into daily operations and long-term planning, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green building practices. Lead the adoption of I&T robotics solutions (e.g., cleaning, security, delivery, or inspection robots) to upgrade the portfolio’s operational efficiency and technological edge.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with tenants and partners, proactively addressing needs, resolving issues, and enhancing satisfaction and retention.
7. Smart Projects, Emergency & Ad-Hoc Duties
Initiate and manage property smart/technology projects and vibrant campaigns, address sensitive events and community concerns, and adjust operations flexibly. Handle emergency tasks and non-office hour operations when necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
The Candidate:
Degree holder preferably in Facilities and Property Management or any other related disciplines
Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence is preferred
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Tenancy Services, Customer Services, facilities or property management of sizable infrastructures including commercial, lab and/or manufacturing-based properties; with 6 years’ supervisory experience a plus.
Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
Experience in Smart FM operating systems and Prop Tech solutions is an added advantage;
Experience in handling march-in and march-out of tenancy units for new building and large-scale revamp is preferable;
High proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua. Proficient writing skills is highly preferred

Officer, Funding Management and TecONE (Temporary Contract)
The Position:
Assist in the overall administration of relevant funding and support programs, which includes handling application vetting, progress reports, change request reviews, reimbursement vetting, conducting visits and interviews with applicant companies, verifying compliance with relevant application guidelines, and preparing statistical reports, presentation materials, and communications, including webinars about relevant funding and support programs
Drive technology companies and support them in applying for public funding schemes
Perform service counter duties by advising technology companies on inquiries related to funding applications and disbursement via email, phone, or other appropriate means
Carry out other ad-hoc duties (such as event support) assigned by the line manager as needed
The Candidate:
University graduate in any discipline
Experience in service centre, Government’s or NGO’s funding programmes would be an advantage
Logical minded, sensitive with numbers; meticulous, proactive, well organized and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Offices, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing etc.
Good oral and written communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
Fresh graduates will also be considered

Senior Officer, Marketing (Social & Content Marketing Focus)
We are looking for an energetic content marketing team member with hands-on experience in content creation and social media operation. You will be a key player in developing all contents on HKSTP social media channels—from initial brainstorming and design to final execution across Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, WeChat and RedNote, including but not limited to:
Content Execution: Support the end-to-end production of digital assets, including social media copy, basic graphic design, and short-form video content.
Campaign Coordination: Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines.
Platform Management: Manage daily operation across all HKSTP social media channels, including publishing, proactive community engagement, and managing inquiries to ensure a consistent brand voice.

The Candidate:
Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Languages or other related disciplines
