Financial Risk Manager
What You’ll Do
Lead with Impact: Develop and maintain a world-class Finance Risk Management Framework aligned with COSO ERM principles and Lenovo’s business goals.
Be the Risk Expert: Identify and assess financial risks—credit, operational, compliance, fraud—and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Drive Innovation: Use advanced analytics and tools to monitor risks, build dashboards, and deliver insights to executive leadership.
Collaborate Across Borders: Work with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, HR, and more to embed risk processes into every corner of our finance operations.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Enhance processes, leverage technology, and lead initiatives that keep Lenovo ahead of emerging risks.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s or certifications like FRM, CPA, CIA are a plus).
5+ years of experience in finance risk management, internal audit, or consulting within a multinational environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex risk issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed, global setting.
Proficiency in risk tools and finance systems (SAP, BPC, Power BI).
Fluent in English; Mandarin is a bonus.

FP&A Manager
Key Responsibilities
Support core financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations that communicate financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models, projections, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
Analyze complex business issues, synthesize financial inputs, and influence planning, accounting, and treasury strategies.
Oversee management reporting, including pre-close analysis, variance explanations, and performance commentary.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses for senior leadership and provide actionable recommendations.
Independently design and execute recurring and ad hoc financial investigations with minimal supervision.
Drive finance transformation and process reengineering initiatives, focusing on business workflows, financial systems, and internal controls—such as evaluating process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
