Solution Sales Executives

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development initiatives, develop and maintain profitable business relationships and extend LPS presence in public sector clients

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify and gather intelligence on client needs and requirements in public sector

  • Work closely with Technology Solution Group to identify, pursue and convert opportunities

  • Serves as a strategic partner to customer, develop and manage client relationships to ensure customer success

  • Develop strategies for deeper penetration for existing customer base

  • Build and monitor long range account plans and relationship maps

  • Qualify and respond to tenders/ RFPs/ RFQs/ RFIs, in conjunction with Sales and Technology Solution Groups, on new business opportunities. 

  • Oversee the bid process, co-ordinate all parties involved to ensure all timelines are met and that the bid submitted is complete and accurate, whilst also best reflecting the company’s service and abilities.

Experience & Skills:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 8 years’ business development experience

  • Experience in selling or delivering technology solutions to public sector clients

  • Understanding of the IT services & consulting and system integrator market, ideally gained from working in the business development role within vendors and IT consulting companies.

  • Ability to build relationships to strategic relationships and identify relationships that others need to build

  • A self-starter with experience planning and successfully executing a strategic business development/ account plan

  • Experience in developing strong relationships with technical and business leaders

  • Experience in overseeing and leading the bid team in planning and delivery of the pre-qualification questionnaire and bid submissions in line with agreed strategies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong business acumen, good influencing and negotiating skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese


Engineer, Broadcast

Description and Requirements:

  • Specializes in operation/maintenance of broadcast radio/television/transmission of broadcast equipment with fundamental technical knowledge and technology.

  • Provide 24 hours 7 days operation/maintenance service to customer.

  • Provide operation/support service for outdoor broadcast events. Implement enhancement/renovation/replacement project for customer to improve the broadcast service to public. Document the work done and change.

  • Assist planning on daily schedule of work.


Key Account Sales Manager (Hongkong)

Description and Requirements:

  • 13 years+ of experience with proven sales achievement, preferably in high technology (infrastructure solution, software, HPC/AI or application).

  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level with large enterprise organizations.

  • Knowledge of the full sales life cycle process.

  • Strong execution power to meet and exceed assigned KPI.

  • Managing forecast accuracy on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for Lenovo enterprise sales relationship with assigned accounts 

  • Plan, develop and execute specific territory and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives 

  • Maintain good CxO level coverage and be able to co-ordinate with various parties (internal and external partners) to ensure the delivery of excellent solution and services 

  • Able to work independently and be aggressive and creative in acquiring new business. 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above;

  • Minimum 13+ years of experience selling infrastructure solution, HPC/AI, or Data Management Solution with a demonstrated track record in achieving sales goals

  • Knowledgeable in server, storage, software defined infrastructure and services solutions 

  • Experience in local commercial segment is a big plus 

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese 

  • Good analytical and presentation skills 

  • Energetic, result-oriented with excellent communication skills and able to work cross-team (internally and externally) to drive common goals 

  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter and should possess strong organizational, leadership and written/oral communications skills
