Senior Officer, Marketing (Product and Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan marketing programs and new initiatives to achieve business target

  • Process optimization and customer engagement

  • Work closely with Product Development team to design and implement on new loan products

  • Keep abreast of market trends and changes to the regulatory environment of mortgage products

  • Launch and manage digital marketing campaigns

  • Work with internal IT to enhance, monitor and analyse website and apps performance

  • Monitor and handling customer enquiries via social media and digital platforms

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant experience in product management/marketing in FI, ideally from lending business or credit card business

  • Solid understanding digital analytics

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
