香港中醫醫院（CMHHK）將於2025年底分階段投入服務，致力提供優質的中醫藥服務，推動香港的中醫藥發展。

香港中醫醫院由政府興建，並透過招標程序委託浸大作為承辦機構，隨後浸大依據服務契約註冊「浸大中醫醫院有限公司」作為營運機構，負責管理、營運及保養香港中醫醫院。

二級中藥房運作助理 / 三級中藥房運作助理 (25260052)

受聘者將於九龍塘校園及將軍澳百勝角香港中醫醫院工作。

職責：

• 煎藥操作

  • 按照標準操作規程進行煎藥工作及設備（如電煎藥壺、自動煎藥機）操作;

  • 根據藥材性質控制煎煮時間、溫度與水量（如文火、武火、複煎等）;及

  • 分辨需特殊處理的中藥（如先煎、後下、包煎等）並進行煎煮。

• 質量控制

  • 監控煎煮過程，避免燒焦、溢鍋或交叉污染; 及

  • 檢查藥液的質量（如色澤、氣味、濃度等），確保有效成分的充分提取。

• 包裝與記錄

  • 點收及核對日常需煎煮藥物;

  • 將煎煮完成的藥液分裝至指定容器並貼上標籤進行標示（藥物使用者信息與用藥指示等）;及

  • 保留詳細記錄（煎煮時間、批次編號）以確保追溯性。

• 設備維護

  • 定期清潔及消毒煎藥工具及工作區域; 及

  • 及時報修設備故障。

• 其他職責

  • 嚴格遵守中藥房工作規範及執行藥物質量管理指引; 及

  • 執行上司指派的中藥房支援工作。

職位要求：

• 中學畢業或同等學歷；具中藥煎煮培訓及相關工作經驗;

• 熟悉常用中藥煎煮方法;

• 能操作傳統煎藥設備，並願意學習自動化煎藥系統;

• 細心、耐心，能於高溫及有藥材氣味的環境中工作;

• 具備控制電子手帳及於電腦系統輸入操作指示之基礎能力;

• 煎藥房工作（需接觸蒸氣、高溫及藥材氣味）; 及

• 五天工作，輪班制，包括週日或公眾假期（按需要安排）。

條件： 

首次聘任將由香港浸會大學以固定期限合約形式作提供。於香港中醫醫院啟動運作後，並視乎候選人是否有滿意表現以及香港中醫醫院的決定，後續聘任將由香港中醫醫院直接提供。

薪酬將按資歷及有關工作經驗而定。

二級臨床助理 (專職醫療部/放射部/病理化驗部) (25260058)

受聘者將於九龍塘校園及將軍澳百勝角香港中醫醫院工作。

職責：

• 協助醫療專業人員進行服務;

• 病人護理;

• 準備病人(指導病人更衣，解釋檢查程序等);

• 協助監控病人的狀況;

• 為客戶提供程序及其他健康相關事宜的信息;

• 擔任陪同員;

• 跟進客戶的諮詢及為內部和外部客戶提供前台服務;

• 準備治療/檢查室及設備;

• 醫療記錄的歸檔和追蹤;

• 醫療用品和採購的庫存控制; 及

• 執行由上司指派的其他工作。

職位要求：

• 中五或以上程度;

• 持有「健康服務助理」或「醫護支援人員(臨床病人服務)」或「保健員」證書課程;

• 具良好的溝通及人際溝通能力，注重客戶服務;

• 具相關工作經驗優先考慮;

• 能適應在醫院環境工作及能操作簡單的電腦程序;

• 具中、英文理解能力，能操流利粵語、簡單英文及普通話; 及

• 須輪班工作。

二級運作助理 (中央消毒物料供應處) (25260069)

受聘者將於九龍塘校園及將軍澳百勝角香港中醫醫院工作。

職責：

• 執行清潔，消毒及處理廢料工作；

• 接收使用過的醫療器械和工具；

• 執行由上司指派的其他工作，例如：

• 負責點算及運送消毒物料及耗材; 及

• 負責雜務、收集、派發和搬運工作。

職位要求：

• 能讀寫中文及簡單英文，操流利粵語及簡單英文;

• 具相關工作經驗優先考慮;

• 能適應在醫院環境工作;

• 具有良好溝通技巧; 及

• 須輪班工作。

Consultant Chinese Medicine Practitioner (CCMP) 顧問中醫師/ Senior Chinese Medicine Practitioner (SCMP) 高級中醫師 (24250024)

Responsibilities: 

Report to the Hospital Chief Executive (HCE) and the Deputy Hospital Chief Executive (Chinese Medicine) (DHCE(CM)) and be responsible for the following duties:

• Coordinate the establishment of the following CM Department respectively including:

  1. Internal Medicine in CM (中醫內科)

  2. External Medicine in CM (中醫外科)

  3. Gynecology in CM (中醫婦科)

  4. Paediatrics in CM (中醫兒科)

  5. Orthopedics and Traumatology in CM (中醫骨傷科)

  6. Acupuncture and Moxibustion in CM (中醫針灸科)

• Coordinate and design the clinical guidelines of the special diseases programme using evidence-based approaches;

• Coordinate and design the Service Standard Operation Procedure in the CM Department;

• Coordinate and design the Training protocol and establishing the training center;

• Coordinate the design of the Research protocol and management of research ethical guidelines;

• Assist CM-division related Procurement specification design and clarification;

• Coordinate and handle IT-related procedures and system design;

• Design, organise and coordinate CM promotional campaign in the community to promote the concept of CMHHK; and

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the HCE and DHCE(CM).         

Requirements:

Consultant Chinese Medicine Practitioner (CCMP) 顧問中醫師

• CMP registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong;

• 15 years or more post-registration experience as a CMP;

• Able to demonstrate excellent CM theoretical knowledge and CM clinical, research and teaching abilities;

• Possess at least a master's degree, with doctoral degree preferable, in CM or relevant disciplines;

• Passionate in contributing the establishment of CMHHK;

• Meticulousness, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;

• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as with a team;

• An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SPSS and Chinese word processing. 

Senior Chinese Medicine Practitioner (SCMP) 高級中醫師

• CMP registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong;

• 10 years or more post-registration experience as a CMP;

• Able to demonstrate excellent CM theoretical knowledge and CM clinical, research and teaching abilities;

• Possess at least a master's degree, with doctoral degree preferable, in CM or relevant disciplines;

• Passionate in contributing the establishment of CMHHK;

• Meticulousness, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;

• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as with a team;

• An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SPSS and Chinese word processing.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract by Hong Kong Baptist University. Following the commencement of CMH, and subject to the candidate’s satisfactory performance and the decision of CMH, subsequent appointment will be offered directly by CMH.

Work location: Kowloon Tong Campus and will be moved to The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong in Tseung Kwan O when close to commissioning.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.

Attending Chinese Medicine Practitioner (ACMP) 主治中醫師 / Chinese Medicine Practitioner I (CMP I) 一級中醫師 (23240513)

Responsibilities:

Report to the Deputy Hospital Chief Executive (Chinese Medicine) (DHCE(CM)) and be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in coordinating the Chinese Medicine Division;

• Assist the consultant to design the Service Standard Operation Procedure;

• Assist in designing the Training protocol and establishing the training center;

• Assist in designing the Research protocol and management of research ethical guidelines;

• Assist CM-division related Procurement specification design and clarification;

• Handle IT-related procedures and system design;

• Design, organise and coordinate CM promotional campaign in the community to promote the concept of CMHHK; and

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department or his/her delegates. 

Requirements:

Attending Chinese Medicine Practitioner (ACMP) 主治中醫師

• CMP registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong;

• 6 years or more post-registration experience as a CMP;

• Possess at least a master's degree, with doctoral degree preferable, in CM or relevant disciplines;

• Passionate in contributing the establishment of CMHHK;

• Meticulousness, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;

• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as with a team;

• An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SPSS and Chinese word processing.

Chinese Medicine Practitioner I (CMP I) 一級中醫師

• CMP registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong;

• 3 years or more post-registration experience as a CMP;

• Possess at least a master's degree in CM or relevant disciplines;

• Passionate in contributing the establishment of CMHHK;

• Meticulousness, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;

• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently as well as with a team;

• An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SPSS and Chinese word processing.
