Executive Officer (Operations) (Two-year Full-time Contract) 行政主任 (營運)(兩年全職合約)
Duties:
To assist in processing applications for compensation, Financial Assistance Scheme for Hearing Assistive Devices, and to handle related enquiries in accordance with the Occupational Deafness (Compensation) Ordinance;
To plan, implement and monitor education and publicity programmes on hearing protection in the workplace, as well as other related promotional work of the Board;
To plan, implement and monitor rehabilitation programmes relating to occupational deafness and related work;
To provide secretarial support for individual committees, working groups and meetings;
To prepare statistical reports and programme/activity reports on a regular basis or as required; and
To provide administrative support to the Operations Department and perform other duties assigned by the Executive Director and the Director of Operations.
職責:
(1) 根據《職業性失聰(補償)條例》,協助處理有關的補償/聽力輔助器具申請及回答有關的查詢;
(2) 籌劃、執行及監察工作間保護聽覺及有關管理局的教育宣傳活動及相關工作;
(3) 籌劃、執行及監察職業性失聰的復康活動及有關工作;
(4) 執行個別委員會、工作小組及會議的秘書工作;
(5) 製作定期或按需求而準備的統計數據報告及活動報告;及
(6) 為營運部提供行政支援,並執行由行政總監及營運監督指派的其他工作。
Entry Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree recognised in Hong Kong, preferably with a major in Sociology, Public Administration, Media and Communication, or an equivalent discipline;
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in handling applications, organising education and publicity programmes, and liaising with the Government, public bodies and/or social welfare organisations;
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in serving the Government or public bodies, handling compensation applications, organising/monitoring rehabilitation programmes, and conducting tendering exercises;
Proficient Chinese and English word-processing and office software skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with good communication skills; and
Responsible, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure.
入職要求:
持有本港認可的學士學位,主修社會學、公共行政學、媒體與傳播學或同等課程為佳;
具最少5年處理申請、籌辦教育宣傳活動及聯繫政府、公營機構及/或社福機構的工作經驗;
具服務政府或公營機構、處理補償申請、籌辦/監察復康活動及執行招標工作經驗者優先;
具熟練的中英文文書處理及辦公室軟件技能(包括 MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint等);
具優良的兩文三語能力及溝通技巧;及
具責任心、善於解決問題、並能在壓力下完成工作。
Salary and Employment Terms
Starting monthly salary ranges from HK$38,715 to HK$44,765 (depending on qualifications and relevant working experience), with 15 days of annual leave and personal medical insurance (available upon completion of the probation period). The candidate who has successfully completed his/her contract will be entitled to a 15% end-of-contract gratuity (including contributions to the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme made by the employer) for satisfactory performance and good conduct during the employment. Those with good performance will be considered by the Board for renewal of longer-term employment contracts. 薪金及福利
