SENIOR PROPERTY HANDOVER OFFICER (New Residential Building)

Responsibilities:

Handle the property handover work and follow up the defects rectification
Handle the general enquiries and complaints
Assist in ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

F.7 or above
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in property handover or property management or customer service is preferable
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office

ASSISTANT DESIGN MANAGER (SHOPPING MALL)

Responsibilities:

Handle complete design process, from idea, layout design, artwork production, output and printing
Provide creative concept and design layout for promotional materials and marketing collaterals of all festive promotions, such as indoor and outdoor posters, leaflets, booklets, newspaper, magazine and MTR advertisements, premiums, backdrops and banners
Perform creative ideas, layouts and technical drawings for mall's festive decorations, source materials, follow up production, decoration on-site installation and dismantling
Event photo-shooting, video taking and editing
Create design for mall’s website, facebook, Weibo and Wechat
Assist the graphic issues of the group and other departments
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree or diploma holder in Graphic/ Multimedia Design, Commercial Art or related disciplines
6-8 years of graphic design and festive decoration experience, especially in Shopping Mall or Advertising Agency and must be mall festival decoration or events related
Proficient in 3D & 2D software (e.g. 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Familiarity with AI design tools
Strong creative and design sense for festive decoration, sound knowledge in production and installation
Good typography, graphic design, brand identity and digital experience
Self-motivated, independent, initiative & strong sense of responsibility, with good attention to details
Able to handle multiple projects independently. Must be able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work overtime
Good command of both Chinese & English and strong communication skills
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Graphic Designer

ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of leasing duties of Hong Kong retail and commercial projects
Handle new lettings and renewal cases including tenancy administration, preparation of budget plan, reports and legal documents
Carry out pre-marketing works for new projects including cold calling, market research and rental proposal, etc
Handle enquiries and complaints of leasing
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Survey/ Property Management/ Real Estate or related disciplines
6 years’ relevant experience in property leasing
Independent, proactive and analytical with market sense
Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Leasing Manager

PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, administration and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects of flats and shops in Hong Kong
Be meticulous to details and have an attitude of solution-orientated mind in tackling problems coming in all directions
Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
Support and monitor the project processes, convert concept design to details
Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and work as a team with regard to the project progress

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying related discipline
Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer, Chartered Surveyor or equivalent
Possessing professional experience in a developer is an essential prerequisite
Minimum 8 years' experience, preferably with minimum 4 years in a full cycle project management role of developments
Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline
Energetic, self-driven and detail-minded team player
Conversant with local government regulations of property development process in Hong Kong
Proficient in Auto-CAD, Building Information Modelling, Rhino and Sketch UP
