Kowloon Development Company Limited, a member of the Polytec Group, with its core business in property investment and development is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 34). Our recent expansion in Hong Kong, Macau and China has created exciting opportunities and we are looking for people who are talented, energetic, creative team players to join our growing team.

PART-TIME CLERK (2-5 days per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Company Secretarial Department  (including filing and photocopying, etc)

  • Responsible for general office administration function

  • Assist in maintaining and updating various company secretarial records 

  • Assist in organizing various meetings including board meetings and general meetings of listed company

  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education (including undergraduate student) of Corporate Secretarial Studies or related discipline

  • Experience in administrative/ clerical work is an advantage

  • Flexible work schedule (i.e. 2-5 days per week can be offered)

  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (ARCHITECTURAL)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, administration and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects of flats and shops in Hong Kong

  • Be meticulous to details and have an attitude of solution-orientated mind in tackling problems coming in all directions

  • Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget

  • Support and monitor the project processes, convert concept design to details

  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and work as a team with regard to the project progress

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying related discipline

  • Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer, Chartered Surveyor or equivalent

  • Possessing professional experience in a developer is an essential prerequisite

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience, preferably with minimum 5 years in a full cycle project management role of residential developments

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline

  • Energetic, self-driven and detail-minded team player

  • Conversant with local government regulations of property development process in Hong Kong

  • Proficient in Auto-CAD, Building Information Modelling, Rhino and Sketch UP
