Leasing Manager

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Property or related disciplines

  • At least 10 years' experience in leasing of residential or commercial properties gained from property developer or property agency

  • Familiar with Landlord and Tenancy (Consolidation) Ordinance

  • Good negotiation and presentation skills

  • Strong market sense and proactive attitude

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 

  • Holder of Estate Agent’s Licence is preferred
