ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT)
The Academy is looking for a competent and detail-minded candidate to provide a spectrum of administrative services at Human Resources Office to facilitate the development and operations of the Academy.
The postholder will assist supervisors to provide executive support in reviewing, formulating and implementation of policies and guidelines, including but not limited to conduct research and provide support for the conduct of consultancy studies or projects of the Human Resources Office; to liaise with internal and external parties; to compile the relevant documentation; to arrange meetings with the stakeholders concerned and provide logistics support; to provide administrative and secretarial support to the operation of Human Resources Office, and assisting in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Applicants should have:
(a) A recognised degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification;
(b) At least three years of working experience in human resources management and/or executive support, preferably within the public sector or statutory bodies;
(c) Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills;
(d) Good interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
(e) Good computer literacy.
TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be on a two-year renewable contract, subject to performance and mutual agreement. A gratuity payment equals up to 10% of the total basic salary earned during the contract period, may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the full contract. The amount of gratuity payable will be the sum which, when added to the Academy’s contribution to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, that equals 10% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period. Fringe benefits include leave, medical, and dental benefits. The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

ASSISTANT INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER
Under the supervision of the Internal Audit Manager, the Assistant Internal Audit Manager reports to the Head of Internal Audit. Major duties include, but are not limited to, delivering internal audit assignments and special projects independently; coaching and supervising junior members; applying internal audit tools and techniques (such as data analytics) to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of performing internal audit work; communicating with auditees about audit findings; providing insights/advice to auditees to optimise controls, processes and/or operations; supporting the Head of Internal Audit in preparing reports to the Council and the Audit Committee; assisting the team to develop leading internal audit activities/measures for continuous improvement; and driving better internal control and good governance practices within the Academy.
Applicants should:
(a) Possess a bachelor's degree from a recognised tertiary institution, preferably in Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
(b) Be a member of professional bodies, e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, IIA or ISACA;
(c) Have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with prior exposure in education organisation(s) is highly preferred;
(d) Have an understanding of audit methodology, internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements;
(e) Be able to complete an audit assignment independently with minimal supervision;
(f) Be fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus;
(g) Be strong in report writing and verbal communication skills; and
(h) Be proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

助理督導(設施服務)
受聘者須協助助理經理(保安)及督導(設施服務)監督學院的設施服務隊伍,並執行日常保安及相關之工作。受聘者之職務包括協助監察及操作學院內與設施服務相關的系統、處理緊急事故及協調緊急維修工作、控制交通及人流、處理訪客查詢、訓練初級員工、協助督導設施服務承辦商之工作及執行上司指派之工作。受聘者會被調派到學院之各校舍執行職務。受聘者須穿著制服、九小時輪班工作及每週工作六天。
應徵者須:
(1) 香港中學文憑考試五科(包括中、英文)考獲第2級或同等或以上成績;或香港中學會考五科(包括中、英文)考獲第2級/E級或以上成績; 或具同等學歷。持物業管理 / 客戶服務等相關之証書尤佳。
(2) 具五年或以上在物業 / 保安 / 設施管理方面擔任主管或督導職級之工作經驗。曾在院校或表演場地工作尤佳。
(3) 持有效保安人員許可證及 “認可保安訓練課程證書”。
(4) 持有效急救證書。
(5) 具良好客戶服務及溝通技巧,親切有禮、細心及用心聆聽顧客的需要。
(6) 具領導才能及良好人際關係。
(7) 能書寫中文報告及能操流利廣東話及簡單英語會話、普通話。
(8) 懂電腦操作 (Word, Excel) 。
聘用條款:
受聘者以合約形式聘用,合約為期兩年。如受聘者在合約期內工作表現和行為持續良好,則可獲續約及在合約圓滿結束時可獲發最高相等於底薪總額百分之十作約滿酬金。起薪點視乎學歷及經驗而定。福利包括年假、醫療及牙科福利。
