Application Architect – Hybrid Cloud

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Designing, building, creating, analysing, and maintaining cloud systems
Responsible for the supervision of project’s cloud computing system
Work on cloud application designs, cloud approval plans, and systems required to manage cloud storage
Support for application architecture and deployment in cloud environments
Provide Integration architecture, solution architecture and system design.
Work closely with Project managers to ensure project delivery as decided at the start of the sprint.
Ensure cadence to the technical governance provided by Lead Architect group.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

At least 8 – 10 years Cloud application experience
Solid experience in cloud native solution / microservices architecture design & development is a must
Hands on cloud application experience in GCP/ AWS/ Azure/ PCF
Familiar with DevOps tooling, such as Ansible and Jenkins
Experience in Tencent, Ali and Huawei Cloud would be a plus
Has strong knowledge and hands on experience on platform (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux) and basic database (both SQL / NoSQL) technologies
Has good understanding in Agile software development framework e.g. Scrum
Good Problem Solving skill and commercial/engagement support sense
Able to perform required tasks with minimal supervision
Good command of written and spoke English & Cantonese, with strong communication skills to work with partners globally

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Systems Services Representative you’ll help drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support. As the primary technical interface to our clients, you will play a critical role in coordinating hardware and software support, as well as delivering operational services.
Perform hardware maintenance service for Lenovo/HP/Dell x86 Servers, Networking devices and/or IBM Power system

Network Performance Management (NPM) technology provides modern monitoring and analytics solutions that organizations need to monitor their network infrastructure, and simplifies the extraction and enrichment of metric, flow, and streaming telemetry data across multi-vendor networks enabling enterprises, carriers, and managed service providers to ensure optimal network operations and performance.

Turbonomic BTS need be highly motivated, collaborative and a self-starter and will play direct role in driving and growing market share and help to build Turbonomic into the crown jewel of IBMs IT resurgence. Turbonomic BTS need to qualify, quantify opportunities, to deliver solution presentation and proposal for our customers, as well as to conduct technical engagement activities, like Solution Demonstration, Proof of Concept Test, Technical Workshop etc. Candidate should have in-depth skills of virtualization and Kubernetes Container technology in the market or in the cloud.

Graduate in Computer Science or other IT related program with less than 2 years of full-time working experience.

Candidate should be familiar with some or most of IBM Software solution portfolio, including Hybrid Data Management, DataOps, Watsons applications, Digital Data Management, Java applications, Integration, AI Ops (AI for IT Operations), Digital Trust, Thread Management solution etc.
