Customer Service Officer (4-Month Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints through hotline and email in a timely and professional manner.

• Support data entry tasks and prepare accurate reports for management review.

• Conduct random audits and customer surveys across customer-facing areas to enhance service quality.

• Provide on-site assistance at customer-facing locations when required.

• Perform shift duty is required (Monday – Sunday / PH: 9:00 to 18:00).

Job Requirements:

• DSE or above with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in service industries;

• Good communication and problem-solving skills with customer-oriented mindset;

• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills;

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently;

• Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.

Safety Assistant / Deputy Safety Supervisor

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing vessel safety operations to ensure full compliance with maritime legal regulations and Marine Department requirements.

• Support investigations into vessel accidents and crew/passenger injuries, and maintain detailed, accurate safety records.

• Assist with the usage of navigation books for regulatory compliance, handle updates to navigational charts, and manage vessel First Aid Kits.

• Coordinate and arrange safety and operational training courses for crew members.

• Assist with ISM system documentation and annual audits, and follow up on vessel parts procurement.

• Perform clerical work duties including data entry, filing, and taking detailed meeting minutes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management or equivalent;

• Experience in vessel safety operations is highly preferred, but not mandatory;

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
