Operation Manager (Services)

Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager of the Operations Department in managing crew members' services and daily routine work related to fleet operations.
Manage the cabin attendant team.
Manage the vessel cabin cleaning and pest control work.
Manage and coordinate cabin supplies.
Manage crew members' service training, including assisting with year-end evaluation and developing induction training manuals.
Analyze and compile fleet cabin service statistics as required by superiors, and submit improvement suggestions to the department head when necessary.
Monitor and review the vessel cabin service standards and service quality and submit improvement suggestions to the Department Head when necessary.
Responsible for formulating supply and replenishment plans for cabin food and beverage.
Manage and coordinate crew uniform requests.
Managing contracts for vessel cabin cleaning and services.
Assist the Customer Service Department in following up on and investigating passenger complaints.
Assist in the implementation of the department's ISM safety management system and ISO 9001 systems.
Complete other tasks assigned by Department Head.

Requirements:

Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in operation management, preferably with 1 years in management level.
Be familiar with the operating environment and standards of Hong Kong and Macau cross-boundary ferries, including but not limited to service and safety.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Computer literacy e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.

With experience in cabin service management is preferred.
