Customer Service Officer (5-days work)
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and complaints through hotline and email in a timely and professional manner
Support data entry tasks and prepare accurate reports for management review
Conduct random audits and customer surveys across customer-facing areas to enhance service quality
Provide on-site assistance at customer-facing locations when required
Perform shift duty is required (Monday – Sunday / PH: 9:00 to 18:00)
Requirements:
DSE or above with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in service industries
Good communication and problem-solving skills with customer-oriented mindset
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
