Launched in November 2007, Cotai Water Jet is a premium high-speed ferry service between Hong Kong and Macao. As of Dec 2017, the maritime jet fleet has serviced more than 67 million passengers and in 2017 averaged approximately 94 daily sailings. Its 11 custom-built catamarans have the capacity to carry more than 400 passengers each and operate at top speeds of approximately 42 knots. Passengers on Cotai Water Jet have a choice of three classes of service as well as direct sailings between ports in Macao, Taipa, Hong Kong, Kowloon and Hong Kong International Airport, thus providing an important transportation option for both locals and visitors to Macao. The Cotai Water Jet service is managed and operated on behalf of owner Sands China Ltd. by Chu Kong High Speed Ferry Co. Ltd. of Hong Kong.

Manager 經理

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the team and develop team’s performance standards.

• Design and provide necessary training to the team. Enable consistent delivery of service to the required standard. 

• Work with related departments to ensure feedback or complaints on customer experience are attended to and well utilized. 

• Responsible for formulating and revising departmental documents according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System of the company.

• Implementation of the performance appraisal according to the company's regulations.

• Responsible for staff benefits collection and distribution, leave approval, staff mobilization and job allocation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in operations or customer services management, preferably with 3 years in management level. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 

• Computer literacy e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.

• Familiar with ISO9001 requirements is an advantage.

• Immediate available is highly preferred.

輪機長 Chief Engineer

• 曾接受《海員培訓、發證和值班標準國際公約(STCW)》、《國際高速船安全規則(HSC Code)》及香港海事處規定的專項培訓並持有有效證書；

• 持有香港海事處認可的 (STCW 2010) 下列5個小牌證書：

• (2)  急救

• (3)  消防訓練及

• (4)  個人安全及群居責任

• (5)  救生船隻操作技能

客艙服務員 / 見習客艙服務員 Cabin Attendant / Cabin Attendant Trainee

• 中學程度；

• 持有香港海事處發出之有效"海員登記簿"(紅簿)；

• 持有香港海事處認可的 (STCW 2010) 下列3個小牌證書：

  • (1)  個人求生技能；

  • (2)  消防訓練及 ;

  • (3)  人群管理

• 有船上服務經驗者優先考慮

• 需輪班工作

Ticketing 票務員

工作地點：香港上環

工作職責:

• 1) 負責票務工作；

• 2) 解答旅客有關票務的咨詢；

• 3) 需輪班工作。

崗位要求:

• 1)      中學文憑試或以上學歷；

• 2)      最少有一年客戶服務或票務銷售相關經驗；

• 3)      良好的粵語、普通話及英語溝通能力；

• 4)      懂基本電腦操作，包括Microsoft Word及Excel

• 5)      熟悉中英輸入法。

碼頭接待員 Terminal Receptionist

工作地點：香港上環

工作職責:

• 1）負責接待乘客，分流管制；

• 2）解答乘客查詢；

• 3）負責配船位工作；

• 4）需輪班工作。

崗位要求:

• 1）中五或以上程度；

• 2）良好廣東話、普通話，能用英文作基本溝通；

• 3）具一年或以上，客户服務經驗者優先；

• 4）有責任心和團隊合作精神。
