Store Director
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring high customer service standards, achieving sales targets, and controlling budgets and costs.
Support and coach store in charges to consistently execute company policies, brand standards, and effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and staff development to boost team engagement and performance.
Monitor inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to maintain brand image.
Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance, coaching needs, and operational effectiveness.
Handle escalated customer issues to uphold brand reputation.
Work with PR & Marketing, and other internal teams on promotions, product launches, stock management, and overall operations.
Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills:
Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant retail experience, including at least 3 years in managerial roles.
Multiple store management experience is a must.
Sound knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Strong leadership with excellent people management skill, and able to work with people with different levels and good at influence and collaboration.
Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Multi-Store Manager
Area Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage and review day-to-day operations across assigned outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
Lead, coach, and develop store managers and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans.
Drive effective training, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR to maintain a high-performing team.
Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Work closely with various internal departments for all operations matters.
Required Skills:
Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the retail industry and at least 4 years at managerial level.
Sound knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Strong leadership with excellent people management skill, and able to work with people with different levels and good at influence and collaboration.
