Drawing inspiration from the enchanting annatto plant, ROUCOU showcases French-Japanese cuisine with an emphasis on artisanal cheese, complemented by an eclectic array of modern cocktails. Tucked in a quaint corner, the restaurant reveals an exclusive 8-seat omakase, offering an intimate atmosphere for guests to enjoy Jeremy Evrard’s unique interpretation of a curated cheese experience. Each dish evokes a fond memory in a chapter of his culinary journey, transporting patrons from his French roots to Kyoto, and back to Hong Kong for an authentic cheese adventure.

Requirement:

  • 3 years of related experience in hotels, clubs, or restaurants is preferred, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

  • Good Cantonese and English communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

  • Sound understanding of restaurant etiquette and basic knowledge of tableside service, food, and beverages. 

  • Patient, friendly, and able to solve problems with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Working location: shop on GF, 28 Aberdeen St, Central

Working hours: 10.5 hours per day, 5 days per week on shift , Tue to Sun
