Senior Officer, Marketing (Part time)

Responsibilities:

Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end event requirements, e.g. conference planning, speaker invitations, exhibition contacts liaison, logistics coordination, onsite execution, post-event reporting, etc.

  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as co-organisers, speakers, guests, partners, vendors, etc., to ensure events' logistics are managed and executed efficiently

  • Develop event marketing materials and campaigns, including social media content, email invitations, relevant promotional collateral, to drive attendance and brand visibility

  • Ensure all event communications and marketing materials are accurate, consistent and delivered on time

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, event management, editorial, aviation or related field is preferred

  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills in both English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-organised and able to translate complex information into clear, engaging content

  • Proactive, self‑motivated team player with a keen eye for details, result‑oriented, fast learner and able to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience in Excel and Chinese Word processing, Canva or similar design software, online tools, etc.

  • Practical experience in end-to-end event execution, customer relationship management, content creation, copywriting, digital marketing or public relations is 

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


Senior Officer, Foundation & Academic Programmes

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in course delivery logistics in both face-to-face class and virtual delivery

  • Provide clerical support to all training related activities of the Academy

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for course and programme related issues

  • Provide administrative support in the Academy’s Learning Management System and other online learning systems

  • Assist in compilation of training records, reports and statistics for quality assurance and related purpose

  • Perform other ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience

  • Preferably in airport / airline operations environment or education institutions with hands-on course support experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

  • Good spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)


Senior Officer, Airport Operations & Crisis Management

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics with Mainland and overseas airports / academic institutions to support course delivery and programme administration

  • Arrange logistics and provide administrative support for both physical classes and online learning activities

  • Manage on‑campus study tours from Mainland institutions, including coordination and enrollment procedures

  • Provide clerical and administrative support for all training activities within the training centre

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate placement and experiential learning opportunities

  • Support the operation of the Academy’s Learning Management System and other online learning platforms

  • Assist in preparing training records, reports, and statistics for quality assurance and related purposes

  • Organize and conduct airport or campus tours and undertake other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned

  • Perform occasional duties during weekends, public holidays, or non‑office hours as operational needs arise

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • Minimum of 2 years' of work experiences, knowledge of aviation or customer services is a plus

  • Working experience in a supervisory / leader role in managing internal staff is an advantage

  • Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin


Senior Officer, Marketing

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications

  • Support the execution of marketing plans and develop marketing and communications collateral and activities, including leaflets, brochures, expos, videos, corporate souvenirs, press releases and speeches

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth collaborations and delivery of business goals in Hong Kong

  • Draft clear and engaging copywriting for various promotional formats / platforms with appropriate tone-and-manner.

  • Proofread and ensure content consistency across all channels

  • Manage external agencies to ensure projects are brief, on time, on brand and delivered with quality

  • Provide support to monitor and prepare performance reports for individual promotional campaigns

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Events Management
