Responsibilities:

Manage academic programmes at different QF levels including programme with placement.
Manage aviation-related short courses and beginner courses.
Monitor programmes, courses and instructors to ensure quality delivery.
Deliver courses including but not limited to aviation-related disciplines.
Liaise with external parties including academic institutions and business partners.
Coordinate with government departments and accreditation bodies for programme and course delivery issues.
Design and develop courses based on training needs of the airport community.
Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder (preferably a Master’s degree) with 6-8 years’ work experience in the aviation industry and/or training and course development.
Effective communication, presentation and report writing skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Candidates with less experience will be considered Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Theoretical Knowledge Instruction to CPL/ATPL training programme
Maintain students’ training records in a timely and accurate manner
Manage the planning of student and practical training activities
Monitor student progress and schedule progress tests
Prepare, maintain, and update courseware and training materials to ensure compliance with the regulatory syllabus and current industry practices
Participate in training and professional development of standardization in collaboration with other business stakeholders
Assist in the programme and course administration planning; and
Perform any other duties as assigned by Director, Flight Training and Engineering or his delegates

Requirements:

A recognized degree or equivalent professional qualifications
At least five years’ service in aviation and flight training experience, preferably related to technical knowledge of ATPL
A proven record in instructing aviation courses, preferably as part of a Flight Training Organization (FTO), and teaching EASA ATPL technical knowledge subjects will be an advantage
Efficient skill in Microsoft, particularly construction of PowerPoint as training materials, is essential
Possession of Professional Pilot License will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and continuous development of the Academy’s Quality Management System.
Manage the annual QA audit plan, ensuring audits are conducted as scheduled.
Support the preparation and execution of audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews for training programs and courses.
Maintain the quality database and records.
Monitor and analyze data on training effectiveness and quality performance.
Liaise with other teams to promote best practices and continuous improvement in quality assurance.
Provide administrative support related to QA operations.
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 4 years of work experience, preferably related to quality assurance or data analytics in academic or aviation fields.
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, and knowledge of Access, PowerTools, and Python would be an asset.
Attention to detail; capable of data analysis and report writing.
Proactive, well-organized, and willing to learn.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus.
