Officer / Assistant Manager, Card Authorization
Responsibilities:
Handle credit card authorization requests
Execute Sales & Service Recovery Actions for rejected transactions
Manage lost card report hotline (Credit card & ATM Card)
Monitor suspicious credit card transactions and contact cardholders for verification
Support Customer Service, Merchant and ATM Hotlines, conduct banking and anti-fraud related tasks during non-office hours
Perform checker function to review exception and maintain reports
Assist to gather relevant data and prepare monthly reports to review authorization performance
Perform in UAT / health check for system enhancement related to Card Associations release & mandate
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Degree or above with passes in Chinese, English, Mathematics in HKCEE/HKDSE
At least 3 year’s of work experience in credit card or customer service preferred
Customer orientated and risk awareness mindset
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Putonghua
Hands on experience in MS Office applications
Working location: Kwai Chung area
~ 24 x 7 shift rotation is required ~
Officer, Life Insurance – Business Support
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations including new application documents checking & validation, license registration coordination,
Manage the application documents filing system,
Handle internal enquiries from branch staff on life insurance products,
Support projects and system enhancements (e.g. eFNA System, Policy Enquiry System) including UAT, and
Provide administrative support to the department.
Requirements:
Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder in any discipline, preferably in insurance, banking and finance,
With 2-3 years of experience in distribution support or branch support preferred,
Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint,
With knowledge in life insurance products,
Team player, detail-minded and good interpersonal skills, and
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate, Life Insurance – Business Support)
Officer / Assistant Manager, Investment Products (Funds Team)
Responsibilities:
Support Funds Team in screening and selecting of Funds products
Assist in liaison and coordination with various internal and external counterparts on new product launch
Prepare product proposal and launch logistics on new products
Participate in on-going product due diligence
Assist in market updates and new product ideas as well as handling enquiries from sales staff
Handle operation duties and prepare business report for management
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of working experience related to investment products
Hardworking with good accuracy and orderliness, strong interest in investment products
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer)
Officer / Assistant Manager (Call Centre)
Responsibilities:
Handling branch referrals and appointments for requests to update customer Risk Profiling Questionnaires
Proactively conducting outbound calls for servicing reminders and promoting marketing events to selected customers
Providing quality customer services to customers in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
Addressing customer feedback and complaints professionally and do proper escalation when necessary
Working collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issue
Discovering customer needs and promote retail banking products and digital services
Complying with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customer's and bank's interest
Requirements:
Degree or above with passes in Chinese, English, Mathematics in HKCEE/HKDSE
Minimum 1 year's customer service experience preferred
Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua and interpersonal skills
PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Work with integrity and pro-active attitude, due care and diligence in carrying out the role and responsibilities
Team and results oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
(Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Representative)
Associate, Claims
Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt and accurate claims services, candidate who has experience in handling medical claims would be an advantage
Assess, evaluate and make recommendation on payment of claims within authorized limit
Handle claim enquiries via telephone and email
Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties as required
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or above; fresh graduate is also welcome
Holder of Professional Diploma in Insurance (PDI) or Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF) preferred
Relevant experience in claims handling of general insurance field is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
(Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Officer, Claims)
