Part Time Customer Services Executive – Retail (Sai Kung Centre)
Responsibilities:
Greet, direct customers and provide information including but not limited to product features, pricing, cross-sell and after-sales services accurately in our retail shops.
Answer enquiry on products, services and SPCA activities and events.
Provide up-to-date promotion campaign details to customers proactively.
Provide excellent / outstanding customer experience.
Process checkout by totalling purchases, and processing payments (by checks, cash, credit / debit cards, e-payments).
Meet the sale target set by Management.
Maintain proper retail shop setting accordingly to guidelines (e.g. product display, stock backfill to racks, promotion materials etc.).
Report potential security alerts / issues to Management.
Assist in inventory handling, including receiving, moving, and stocking heavy merchandise.
Conduct periodic stock take.
Qualifications & Requirements:
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least one year’s experience as Retail Sales Representative in pet industry or FMCG would be an advantage.
Possess understanding of the retail sales process.
Customer focus, proactive and self-motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good command of English & Chinese (written and spoken)
Computer proficiency in MS office especially in Excel and Outlook.
A pet lover with genuine interest in the welfare of all animals.
Client Services Executive
Responsibilities:
Act as a first contact point/ ambassador of SPCA.
Answer customer inquiries: Handle telephone calls and general inquiries, provide customers with requested information, including arranging clinical & surgery appointments via different channels.
Manage customers’ expectation: Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Handle retail duties: Perform counter sales and cashiering.
Ensure customer satisfaction: Provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Maintain the client information database.
Follow our internal department procedure and standards.
Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisor or management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-2 years of work experience in hospitality and pet care industry preferred but not essential.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin / other languages would be an advantage).
Willing to work on roster basis and work at different locations.
Customer service oriented.
Capable of working independently and under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Mature, friendly, outgoing and multi-tasking.
Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals will be an advantage.
Animal Receiving Assistant
Responsibilities:-
To answer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, provide assistance and advice to the public on all manner of issues including lost pets, surrendering of animals, etc.
To provide medical treatments, animal examination for pending animals with rostered veterinarian following protocols.
To screen and handle all the surrender application and provide relevant alternative advice to owners if needed.
To update animal records, contact with various organisations or public and arrange transferring animals internally and externally.
To provide support to the foster programme.
To cooperate with all other teams and departments for providing best care to animals.
To participate trainings or continuing education opportunities to stay updated on best practices in animal care.
To assist with training of staff and volunteers if required.
Requirements:
The successful candidate is expected to have the following requirements:
Completed HKCEE/ DSE or relevant qualifications.
Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese, spoken Putonghua will be advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with professional telephone manner.
Experience in handling animals (preferred but not essential).
Good PC knowledge including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
A good team player and be able to work under pressure.
Able to work on shift duty in different locations so as on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Fresh graduates with good potential are also welcomed.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
