Training Officer

The role:

  • Design, organize, and deliver a wide range of training courses including orientation, and safety-related training for frontline colleagues (e.g. depot safety, emergency procedures, safety procedures for tools handling, etc)

  • Take ownership of safety-related training initiatives for frontline staff, ensuring content is practical, engaging, and aligned with operational needs

  • Work closely with all departments to develop tailored training programmes, design and deliver of training courses to fulfil the training needs and staff development strategies

  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for the design of various training and development programmes

  • Manage course enrolments, maintain training records and follow up related administration duties

  • Responsible for the compilation of reports and conduct data analysis of in-house learning initiatives

  • Continuously review, update and improve training course content and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes

  • Performs ad hoc duties as assigned

Skills and attributes:

  • Higher diploma or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of training related working experiences

  • Experience and knowledge of Work Safety Training

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

  • Driving license with Class 1 & 2 is preferable

Human Resources Assistant - C&B Focus (1-year contract)

The role:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, pension administration, taxation and leave management.

  • Respond to C&B related queries from employees and managers promptly and professionally

  • Manage the full employee life cycle after onboarding to offboarding, including but not limited to promotions, transfers, and exit interviews & clearances

  • Compile various HR reports, statistics and analysis

  • Handle ad hoc HR projects as required

Skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Excel)

  • Well verse of Employment Ordinance and related regulations

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
