市場經理 Marketing Manager
Ref: MKTMGCOC/10/26

Responsibilities:

  • Design and drive online and offline marketing campaigns;

  • Handle public relations and communications for both external and internal stakeholders;

  • Develop new business and partnership opportunities;

  • Formulate marketing and budgeting plans;

  • Develop a competitive brand for the College and lead its rebranding initiatives;

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns;

  • Plan, coordinate and manage College events, including promotional events and stakeholder engagement activities;

  • Develop the strategic plan for the Marketing Unit and translate it into objectives and action plans;

  • Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve its objectives; and

  • Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure the quality and timely delivery of marketing activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.

  • At least 8 years of relevant marketing experience, including 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, brand promotion, student recruitment, programme promotion and business development, preferably in higher education or the broader education sector. Knowledge of Hong Kong’s VPET landscape is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing and SEO/SEM. Experience with marketing analytics and CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Strong connections with industry, media, corporate and community partners, together with excellent leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, with a creative, analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Remuneration and Benefits:
We offer 5-day work with good remuneration and fringe benefits including annual leave, family leave, birthday leave, paid sick leave, marriage leave, compassionate leave, maternity/paternity leave, study subsidy and medical insurance to the right candidate on a contract basis.

職責：

  • 統籌 YM Ballon 及 YM Fleur 財務及行政事宜，包括日常營運、排班、存貨管理、品質監控等；

  • 創作、設計及擴大花藝及氣球產品及服務銷售網絡以帶動生意、推動業務及開拓市場，建立社企正面形象；

  • 帶領及督導基層員工及兼職，包括在職培訓、評估表現及就職支援；

  • 制定及執行月度營業目標，跟進企業訂單及合作活動；

  • 與團隊合作，構思促銷方案及社會影響故事；

  • 向上級提交營運簡報與關鍵指標。

入職要求：

  • 持有本港認可學士學位或以上程度；

  • 香港中學文憑試五科合格或中學會考五科合格（包括中、英文科）或同等資歷水平；

  • 具至少 2 年市場推廣及項目管理經驗；

  • 良好中、英文書寫及溝通能力。

工作地點及工時：

  • 工作地點：旺角區及因應工作需要安排；

  • 5 天工作，每週工作 44 小時、輪班制。

薪酬：
入職薪金 $32,430 起，另可按相關工作年資遞增。

職責：

  • 為青少年提供個案及小組輔導工作；

  • 撰寫活動計劃書及推行社區活動；

  • 熟悉危機介入工作手法。

入職要求：

  • 須持有本港認可社會工作高級文憑／副學士或以上程度之註冊社工；

  • 香港中學文憑試五科合格或中學會考五科合格（包括中、英文科）或具同等資歷水平；

  • 熟悉電腦應用及中、英文文書處理；

  • 良好中、英文書寫能力。

工作安排：

  • 5 天工作、需輪班及值夜。

薪酬：
入職薪金參考政府總薪級表第 9 點（$25,620）開始。持有學士學位者，入職薪金參考政府總薪級表第 11 點（$28,790）開始，另可按相關工作年資遞增。
