Senior Manager/Manager - Engineering

Job Description:

  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers/contractors for the new machine/equipment in terms of price, installation, transportation, storage and maintenance plans based on company’s requirements.

  • Responsible for the creation of final design drawing/parameter setting as per company’s requirements and specifications for the new/existing production line/machine/equipment at defined schedule.

  • Design, execute, modify and follow projects/maintenance plans of electrical and mechanical machine for production line and supervise machinery installation, debugging or modification.

  • Provide technical support to subordinate/production staff in relation to machine/equipment repair and maintenance as scheduled/on ad hoc basis.

  • Conduct feasible studies in analyzing machinery problems and provide practical solutions for Management review.

  • Conduct trial test to new machine/equipment after installation to ensure the consistency with process design, specifications and standards.

  • Coordinate various activities for projects with relevant interfaces in accordance with company's specific requirements.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties/ assignments as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

  • 7 years solid experience in manufacturing environment or engineering related industries with at least 3 years of which at supervisory level.

  • Holder of Electrical License – Grade A is preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Auto CAD.

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese & English. Good command in Mandarin.

  • Be independent, responsible, flexible with good communication, negotiation, problem solving, project management and presentation skills.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

  • Occasional business trip is required when necessary.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager-Engineering.

Officer - Human Resources

Job Description:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to payroll administration, leave management, employee’s compensation, MPF & taxation, HRIS

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process for office and factory.

  • Assist to prepare and update various HR related policies, regulations, memos and support for company internal/external audits as assigned whenever necessary.

  • Prepare monthly HR related reports.

  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years or above related HR experience.

  • Good command in using MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.

  • Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
