CRM Specialist / Executive - Marketing Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the business' online ordering platform with a keen focus on identifying trends to create customer loyalty.

  • Stay up to date with market conditions to effectively penetrate local markets and remain competitive.

  • Develop, maintain and continuously optimize the entire user experience strategy via the loyalty / membership tier program. Organize campaigns and activities around each customer segment and membership tier to create engagement, drive sales and repurchases.

  • Understand HK local, China mainland, and international market trends and gather insights about the competitive landscape within the industry to develop adequate strategies to grow new user base and retain user engagement. 

  • Relationship management with existing/new Food Aggregator (aka Delivery Channels) platforms with the goal of securing favorable terms for the business （e.g. Lower MDR Rates, better co-fund opportunities, exclusive promotions, ads push, high exposure from other partner platforms.), or identifying new sources of sales to drive public traffic to the business. 

  • Data Monitoring: Track key metrics such as member penetration rate, activity level, and so on, regularly generate analysis reports, and drive strategy iteration.

  • Initiate projects and coordinate with various departments to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/CRM

  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing loyalty programs, customer-oriented engagement and retention.

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) and online-to-offline (O2O) models, or have online-offline comprehensive marketing experience, familiar with user LTV management, understanding in Hong Kong local challenges and opportunities they present.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Immediate available is highly preferred .
