The Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) is the statutory body established under the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap 626)(PMSO) and is tasked to regulate and promote the development of the property management (PM) industry. Applications are invited for the following position:

Administrative Assistant (Ref. No.: PMSA-AAPD-07/26)

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Professional Development), the appointee will be responsible for the following: 

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Professional Development Division;

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data input, handling hotline enquiries and correspondences, formatting documents, scanning, printing, posting and maintaining up-to-date databases and records;

  • Assist the Division in preparing various documents, presentation materials, regular reports and statistics for the implementation of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme;

  • Assist the Division in analysing property management data to support the property industry in aligning with Government Policies;

  • Manage the Division’s meeting schedule, support the logistics for CPD seminars/ activities, and provide administrative support for Professional Development Committee meetings; and

  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above in any disciplines;

  • Experience in governmental departments/ statutory bodies / authorities is an advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcome;

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organised, strong attention to detail and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility;

  • Good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of advanced Excel functions and VBA is an asset; and

  • Proficient in Chinese word processing.

A three-year employment contract will be offered. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

Officer (Human Resources) (Ref. No.: PMSA-OHR-06/26)

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Administration and Resources Management), the appointee will:

  • Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions including staff recruitment and orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management and staff relations, etc.;

  • Plan and coordinate staff training and development programmes and briefing sessions;

  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive HR management system to meet the operational needs;

  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties on HR-related issues and handle enquiries on HR matters;

  • Prepare HR-related reports and analysis; and

  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline;

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR management. Relevant work experience in Government departments or public bodies is an advantage;

  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related regulations;

  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;

  • Independent and able to work under pressure;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing; and

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

A three-year employment contract will be offered. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
