IT Project Officer and Support (2-Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Direct Supervisor to carry out various IT system development and maintenance, including but not limited to Oracle NetSuite, Web and Mobile Apps Systems, Corporate Website, Property Management System, Finance system, etc.

  • Coordinate with various teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and prioritize against planned resources

  • Assist the Direct Supervisor in managing vendors and users to ensure delivery on schedule, covering the entire SDLC, including but not limited to project proposals, user requirements, tenders, SOP, function specification, workflow, and user manual

  • Assist in system support, including website CMS setting, data management, data migration, comparison, forecasting, reporting and linkages with all system databases

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users (onsite and remote), including the application system, software problems, PC, mobile device, AV system, network issues, etc.

  • Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment

  • Handle user account access management, maintain IT asset inventory and related documentation

  • Provide on-site support outside normal office hours when required (e.g., event, activities, urgent incidents or planned maintenance)

  • Ad hoc tasks per assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

  • 2-3 years’ working experience in IT project coordination, PMO support, or business analysis

  • At least one year's hands-on experience in application support, application testing, or UAT on Web or Mobile applications

  • Knowledge of programming skills, such as Java, HTML, JavaScript, Python, SQL statements, etc.

  • 1–3 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience

  • Familiar with Windows Environment (Office 365 experience preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN)

  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Chinese

  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
