Analyst, Corporate Finance
Responsibilities:
To be involved in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, spin-offs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund raising activities);
To fully participate in the due diligence and execution processes;
To prepare financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations; and
To communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators.
Requirements:
Professional qualification and/ or university degree in accounting or finance is preferred;
Relevant experience in corporate finance and work experience in an international accounting firm is preferred.
Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required;
Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally;
Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
Associate, Corporate Finance
Responsibilities:

Solid experience in corporate finance and work experience in international accounting firm is preferred;
Candidates applying for the position should possess no less than THREE years of solid experience in handling IPO transactions in the role of a sponsor or in vetting IPO applications in the role of regulator;
Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required;
Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel occasionally;
Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
