Regional Senior Client Manager
What are we expecting from you?
The Regional Senior Client Manager will oversee the client pillars for Van Cleef & Arpels Asia Pacific, shaping the Maison’s regional client strategy and ensuring its consistent execution across all markets. With a focus to strengthen client loyalty, accelerate prospect conversion, and elevate high end client development, this role balances strategic leadership with operational oversight.
They will ensure the consistency of the Maison vision while adapting to local specificities. Acting as the key link between HQ and markets, they will lead the Regional Client Community, animate best practice sharing, and foster synergies across APA. Reporting to the Regional Client & Online Retail Director, the Senior Regional Client Manager will manage three direct reports and provide leadership to the wider Client community in the region.
The geographical scope of the role includes; Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam & New Zealand
Strategic Direction
Define and implement the regional Client Development strategy, ensuring alignment with HQ while adapting to local market realities
Anticipate market needs and provide expertise, toolboxes, and training to strengthen local client strategies and execution
Lead, mentor, and develop the Regional Client team, while animating and inspiring the wider APA Client Community
Data & Insights
Translate client data and dashboards into business strategies that drive prospect conversion, High Jewelry development, and long-term loyalty
Provide strategic recommendations based on insights to regional management, market directors, and retail teams
Oversee the regional insights framework, ensuring database completeness, accuracy, and growth with measurable targets
Define regional standards for segmentation, targeting, and planning to ensure consistent methodology across markets
Client Growth Levers
In line with the regional clienteling vision, embed tools, KPIs, and best practices consistently across markets
Partner with Retail Excellence to elevate boutique clienteling capabilities through programs and coaching frameworks
Oversee the regional CRM and client communication strategy in collaboration with HQ and markets, ensuring campaigns are timely, targeted, and ROI-driven
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and clienteling activities by market, segment, and region, driving continuous optimization
Experience & Innovation
Ensure the Maison’s standards of hospitality, experience and singularity are delivered consistently across APA at every touch point
Monitor and benchmark client experience KPIs across markets, identifying gaps, sharing best practices, and ensuring continuous improvement
Collaborate with HQ to accelerate innovation and implement new formats, tools, and initiatives that elevate client experience
Partner with HQ to develop and roll out best practices, ensuring APA contributes to and benefits from global innovation pipelines
