Product Manager – Timepiece
Are you a good match?
You have solid experience in luxury retail ideally with experience in luxury watch industry.
You have good interpersonal skills with collaborative ability to drive different stakeholders.
You are able to leverage qualitative and quantitative data (financial, operations, sales etc) to ensure forecast accuracy.
You build trusting and sustainable relationships across the value chain.
You are proficient in English and Chinese.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to Associate Marketing Director, Hong Kong & Macau, you will be responsible for:
Plan and executive 360 action plan, evaluate post-event & campaign impacts with key findings.
Monitor sales target and conduct regular sales analysis from different perspectives with insights and actions if needed.
Prepare yearly novelty forecast taken consideration of maison direction and commercial teams’ feedback.
Collaborate with local and regional teams to make sure good support for novelty launches and campaigns.
Foster close working partnership with Boutiques, Training, Communication & Operations teams to maximize maison timepieces exposure, awareness and sales potential in the market.
Transmit product expertise and cultivate watch community in the boutiques.
Understand timepiece key players landscape and identity opportunities & challenges to the maison.

WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?
Boutique Assistant will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by providing support to Sales Associate.
Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Associates during presentations (welcome clients, serve the drinks, bring products…)
Prepare & wrap the products
Process the sales (prepare product related documents, follow payment procedures…)
Support sales team in their daily clienteling activities (gift cards preparation, purchase of small client gifts…)
Welcome client and ease their waiting (offer drinks, show catalogs, tour of the boutique, inform on waiting time…)
Review and set-up the workspace
Check daily the cleaning of counters, displays, and windows
Provide support for event organization
