Brand Manager
YOUR ROLE
As a Brand Manager, you will have opportunity to work on brands, driving the business results. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies) to develop top strategies for your brand's success.
You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. You will need to derive insights from the data, which will enable brand leaders as they set the direction for brand growth. As your skills increase, you can expect to advance in roles with increased responsibilities. Overall, we want people who aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferably with some business focus) with ideally 3-5 years’ work experience, Previous brand management work will be a plus.
Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking.
An ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ecom or media related experience will be a plus

Category Sales Manager
Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a driven professional with a real passion for business, who comes from a background of Trade Marketing/ Sales/ Marketing. With us you will be:
Developing strategic, integrated trade plans (channel plans, promotions, in-store programs etc.) liaising with sales team, multi-functional team and customers that tie in with overall brand strategy to drive sales and market share growth across different channels.
Reviewing trade strategies and plan to drive continuous improvement. This includes:
Monitoring and analyzing customer/shopper insights to gain and drive competitive strategies and effective growth plans across channels.
Managing monthly forecasting, distribution strategy and other relevant go-to-market initiatives.
Monitoring and managing trade budget and continuously seeking for opportunities to drive business goals.
Developing category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling.
Ensuring strategies and plans are consistent with company's stewardship guidelines.
Qualification Required:
Minimum 4 years trade marketing/ sales/ marketing experience in FMCG/ Retail/ Beauty or other related service industries with proven track record of leading projects in a diverse multi-functional team.
Previous Key Account experience is an advantage.
Strong ability in strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and navigating complex business and organization situations.
Passionate for success and an energetic leader.
Ability to work with people from different backgrounds, and proven track record of bringing out the best in people.
Self-motivated with a proven successful track record in achieving outstanding business objectives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile and demanding environment.
Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
