Senior Purchasing Officer

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and update the supplier database from time to time

  • Handle all purchasing requisition, from sourcing, get quotation and order confirmation

  • Trace order’s delivery and related HACCP & ISO 45001 documentation

  • Familiarize with local suppliers and to communicate effectively with various departments

  • Ensure the quality of all food and general products are up to standards and specifications

What You’ll Need:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration/ Purchasing/ Supply Chain or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel and familiar with purchasing of food and non-food products

  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidate with more experiences can be considered as Assistant Purchasing Manager
