Administrative Assistant (Customer Service in Imaging Centre) - (IIRC-24-0085)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient registration, appointment booking, handle internal and external general enquiries or correspondences;

  • Issue patient report and exam images or other patient data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance;

  • Provide secretarial support to the department;

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operation in the department;

  • Perform shift duties and work at irregular hours if necessary; and

  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s).

Job Requirements

  • Completion of Secondary Education

  • At least 2 years’ work experience

  • Experience in hospital / radiology / imaging centre is preferred

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
