Manager, Corporate Communications (Digital Marketing & Advertising) - (COM-26-0008)

Reporting to Head of Corporate Communications, the post holder is responsible for executing social media marketing initiatives, as well as ATL/ BTL advertising campaigns, and will serve as a gatekeeper of the corporate identity, ensuring all communications comply with established brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
To manage both online and offline marketing platforms and activities, including website, social media, advertising and media buying;
To organize corporate and branding events according to project schedule and budget, and to build relationship with stakeholders and donors;
To plan and execute clinic and hospital marketing projects/activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives;
To create and edit content for external communications and corporate collaterals;
Liaise and coordinate with vendors on production of publications, videos and organizing of corporate/media events;
To plan, coordinate and execute daily marketing communications activities; and
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing or related disciplines
About 8 years’ working experience in marketing and communications of which 4 years should be in supervisory positions in healthcare/ sizable organisations
Solid experience in digital marketing and social media content management
Experience in healthcare industry is a definite advantage
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other design skills is an added advantage
Familiar with advertising, media buying and print production
Attentive to details, strong organisational, vendor management, agency monitoring and multi-tasking skills, and be able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
Excellent command of English and Chinese
Hospital Administration Officer (Receptionist) - (ADM-25-0206)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform reception function, including handling incoming calls and enquiries, and serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate procurement processes, and liaise with vendors and service providers
Assist in the coordination/ liaison with both internal and external parties/ contractors/ business partners to facilitate the operations of Business Support Service Division, including but not limited to event management, document control, venue booking management, and company car booking arrangement
Assist with procurement tasks related to building management, including but not limited to issuing purchase requisitions and handling invoices
Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Hospital Administration Officer) as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time
Job Requirements:
Holder of a Diploma in any disciplines
At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in hospital administration or reception operations
Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
Responsible and able to handle multi-task independently
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications

Administrative Assistant - (NSD-25-0042)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support to doctors, e.g. managing office supplies, coordinating meetings / trainings/ activities and making transportation arrangement
Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers and schedule appointment bookings for doctors
Liaise with concerned parties for facilitating doctors to perform their medical duties smoothly
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and develop good relationship with internal and external customers
Shift duties required
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time
Job Requirements:
F.5 or above graduate
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in healthcare related industry
Good communication and customer service skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
