Clerk (Billing)
Job Duties:
To provide clerical and administrative support to the Billing Department
To handle daily operations regarding project billing / receivable, document filing, photocopying and scanning
To liaise with internal and external parties
Requirements:
HKCEE / HKDSE or above
At least 1-2 years working experience (Knowledge and experience in construction industry is highly preferred)
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

IT Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Group's IT infrastructure, systems and daily operations to ensure stability, security, reliability and implementation of Artificial Intelligence into the business operation.
Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, including stakeholder coordination and vendor management.
Maintain close communication with management to understand needs, address issues, and provide regular updates.
Manage and coach the IT team to deliver efficient support for hardware, network, servers, applications, and communication systems.
Prepare and control the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective investment and resource planning.
Keep updated on practical, relevant technologies and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and security.
Requirements:
University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in major international IT companies and 5 years in a managerial role
Strong understanding of business application systems, networks, and server administration
Hands-on experience with system development or deployment on different platforms
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and application of Artificial Intelligence in real practices
Familiarity with mainstream and forthcoming trend of IT solutions, AI technologies, security practices, information systems and communication technologies typically used in professional services
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Labour Relations Officer
Requirement:
Holding a valid CIC Certificate as a Labour Relations Officer (LRO);
Completion of secondary education or equivalent; and
Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2/ Grade E or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
At least 3 years’ Labour Relations Officer or 5 years’ Contractor’s Labour Officer (CLO) experience.
Responsibilities:
As the employee of the AP/Project Architect and as a member of the full-time administration team responsible for the supervision of the Contractors' works particularly on the wage payment and labour relation aspects.
Report to and advise the AP/Project Architect and notify the Developer's Project Management colleagues on the labour relation aspects of the works.
Handle and archive project documents, including contracts, MPF records, and correspondences.
Track, calculate, and verify site workers' attendance records.
Assist in ad-hoc project tasks as required by the Project Manager.
Tentative employment for the above position is to commence in August 2026 for an approx. period of 36 months with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the employment contract.
IT System Administrator
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for phone calls and chats from internal users regarding IT and conference room facilities related issues and queries.
Provide 1st level support to end users on Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Ensure that all users have been properly communicated before the service request is closed.
Installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
Carry out hardware replacement and component swap when required.
Assist with mobile device issues (apple iphone and ipad, android phone).
Troubleshoot user issues related to account access, file sharing, and application performance.
Assist IT Manager with system upgrades and network hardware replacement.
Requirements:
Tertiary Institute education qualification in relevant disciplines
1 year experience in IT support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
Microsoft 365: Outlook, OneDrive, Teams
Administration tools: Microsoft Admin Center
Documentation: Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe (Acrobat)
Clerk Of Works
The minimum qualifications required for the post shall be as follows:
Diploma or High Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent
8 years of relevant experience inclusive of 5 year relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor (RWS) or equivalent in Building discipline; or
8 years of relevant experience inclusive of 5 year relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor I (RWSI) or equivalent in Building discipline
Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
